Ocean Lakes MH99A Beautiful 3 BR, 2 Bath home/outdoor shower near magnolia lake

Our beautiful home is located in the MH Section on the corner of Dick Pond Drive and Campground Road.
Recently built in 2019, the home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths which include 2 queen beds and 1 full bed.
Our spacious deck with additional side porch (my favorite spot) will allow you to enjoy the sun or shade, while enjoying a constant breeze and lake view.
Once returning from the beach, you will take pleasure in our outdoor shower with hot/cold water.
The home will sleep 6 comfortably. We recommend no more than 4 adults and 2 children.
Each bedroom is equipped with cable and smart TV’s along with Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances and beautiful soft close cabinets.
Wonderful outdoor seating underneath with a sectional sofa and tv. Beautiful lake views.

We do not allow pets or smoking.
You must be 25 years old to rent and be present the entire stay.
Linens and towels included.
Maximum 2 cars allowed.
Parking passes are in addition to the rent and are $15.00 per day per vehicle (to be paid to Ocean Lakes). $12 if purchased prior to 10 days of arrival.

Ocean Lakes

We had so much fun staying at your property. Felt like home when we walked in. Enjoyed the book collection including Dolly Partons biography. Property management was A+. Often goes unnoticed the behind the scenes work to pull it off. We were able to work through a maintenance issue without issue. Largely due to the communication between the parties. Would definitely stay here again!

A Great Week

This property is amazing. Everything you needed was at the house for a great vacation. The covered wrap around desk was our favorite space to hang out on. Cindy was amazing to work with. She communicated immediately with anything we needed. We will for sure stay here again.

Best beach trip!

We cannot say enough about our recent stay at Ocean Lakes. We have stayed in other homes in the community, but this was by far the most cozy and comfortable home we have been in. It felt like we were at home. We will definitely be back again!

Spring Break 2023

We had a fantastic week at Ocean Lakes! This property was perfect for our family! Location within the property was great, close to every thing but tucked away and quiet at the same time! Beds were super comfortable, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the wrap around porch was amazing! We loved the view to the pond as well! We will definitely rent this property again and highly recommend to others!

Fall Break

We have enjoyed Ocean Lakes for 45 years. This property was in the perfect section with great outdoor living areas and a fabulous house. Would definitely rent again .

We had a storm every day but that didn’t ruin anything as there are so many fun things to do

The property is very nice and clean. We especially enjoyed the spacious shady deck. The rent is a little bit pricey for the size of the house. We would have been a bit cramped if our 6 th guest had been with us. Highly recommend this home for 5 people.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PROPERTY!

This property within Ocean Lakes Family Campground was amazing to say the least! First, the property! This house was beautiful and the perfect size for our little family! The porch space to hang out, parking, outdoor shower, and the little grilling space! Absolutely loved it! Now, the area itself. The property is so close to what the campground has to offer! Hop right on coral drive and your right on the beach with also features corn hole, basketball, and an awesome little park! With a short distance from that? The two swimming pools, splash zone, lazy river, two water slides, mini golf, and the arcade! I could go on and on about this stay! But 10/10 would recommend!

Quiet but fun!

This beautiful vacation home in Ocean Lakes is located in a great, quiet area but still close to the ocean, water park and activities. The Ocean Lakes community is set up with so much to offer for all ages, you could stay onsite the entire trip! We had a quick weekend getaway and it was perfect. The check-in & out process was easy! The property manager is quick to respond and very helpful! The porch is absolutely perfect for relaxing! Definitely would recommend!

A week at the beach

This house was an amazing place to stay at! It was located in a great area close to the Mart, with minimal traffic flow around it which made it easy getting in and out of. Everything inside and out was top of the line and very clean! Definitely will be going back to stay there again!

Beautiful home on quiet street with tasteful decor and neutral color scheme. Great layout of rooms with comfortable bedrooms and plenty of towels in the bathroom. Kitchen was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed. Espically lives the new appliances and quiet close cabinetry. The outdoor living space was also wonderful, very inviting with lots of seating and several relaxing areas to choose from. The golf cart was so convenient and fun to go cruise in at night, too. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Beautiful home and great location near the beach

The description of the home is accurate. It is brand new and beautifully decorated. We loved lounging on the porch and and enjoyed all of the outdoor space. We hopped on the golf cart and bicycle and went to the beach, which is only a few blocks away, along with many other amenities Ocean Lakes has to offer. This property is highly recommended and the owners are extremely customer friendly. We also enjoyed restaurants close by and in Murrells Inlet which is just minutes away.
