We had a wonderful stay at JW Marriott. The resort was amazing. Our suite was lovely with a nice resort view. The resort staff were great and attended to a minor problem with the kitchenette drainage very promptly. The property manager Brandon was fantastic and very easy to deal with. Highly recommended.
Spent an amazing week at the Marriott Beach Club at Ko’Olina. Bounced between the beach, pool, and room all week for a much needed week of rest and relaxation. Resort and room had all the needed amenities and onsite store/restaurants made everything a breeze. Small shopping village within a mile walk for added dining options. Highly reccomend and hope to be back soon!
The view from the room overlooked local hills, palm trees and the golf course. The room was quiet and the blackout curtains worked well. All the essentials were in the kitchen. The shower provided lots of water. There was a blanket to use in lieu of the comforter. Twice, someone was smoking marijuana, which I didn't appreciate. The staff was universally friendly and helpful. I'm glad they had a "reflection pool" which was perfect for adult swimming, in contrast to the kids' pools that were understandably boisterous. The walk along the beaches was beautiful. The snorkeling at the coves was delightful.
The Ko’Olina Marriott is probably one of the best Marriott properties in the Hawaiian islands.
Well maintained and on a beautiful tranquil lagoon. We only stayed for 2 nights and will definitely rent from Hannah again.
Overall it was decent, we had studio Mountain View, room was a bit of a tight squeeze w luggage and the fold out couch out, handy to have kitchen , amenities including umbrella rentals were great, people hold spots by pool before 7am, not a lot of nearby food options unless you have a car and it’s pretty quiet after 9pm. Which can be nice unless your looking for a party! The hotel itself was nice but it’s good to know which tower is better and closer to everything….
We love staying at the Marriott in Ko Olina. We have been there many times and try to get back there every year. The property is immaculate and some of the rooms have recently been remodeled. The amenities are perfect for us with a market and 2 restaurants on the property. The lagoon is real bonus since you have an option of swimming in the pools or lagoon...plus the sunsets are stunning.
