Common Lobby with Private Security, Guard at Gate, Indoor/Outdoor Pool, Exercise Room, Steam/Sauna, Hot Tubs, Tennis/Racquet Ball. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, beaches, state park trails, etc. Updated kitchen with cabinetry, granite and tile backsplash. There is an awesome "children's" water area. Sorry but NO PETS ALLOWED. There is a $140 cleaning fee payable in advance.

Family Vacation

This condo was perfect for our family of 6. We liked the setup and the owner was very responsive if needed. We liked that we had an assigned parking spot in the parking garage. We will be back.

Perfect family friendly condo!

We had the most wonderful stay. The condo was very homey feeling and the hosts included a lot of little touches that made us feel at home. They provided dish soap, a sponge!, paper towels and enough laundry detergent pods for one load which we appreciated! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

First Time to Orange Beach

The Host was amazing and her condo was very nice and clean. We enjoyed having a view of the beach from the balcony. Check in was easy we were able to check in early and get our amenities bracelet. We just were not able to go to the room until closer to check in time which was 4. That was fine with us we just enjoyed the beach until check in time. However the Phoenix need a better process for the elevators when everyone checking in or when they are checking out. We were in the basement and people checking in on the 1st floor would pack the elevator and then come down to the basement at which it would be full so I felt like it took longer for the people down at the basement longer to get an elevator even though there are 3 elevators going. Truly that was really the only struggle we faced. It was nice having an option for my kids to either swim at the outdoor pool, indoor pool, splash place and of course the beach. Highly recommend this place!

Just as described

The condo was just as described. Beautiful view. Well equipped kitchen. The splash pad is a huge hit for younger children. Only feedback for improvements are the faucets in the tubs and the TV remotes. The faucets were complicated to figure out. There about 4 remotes, none of which actually worked fully on all TVs. Otherwise, everything was perfect and j would definitely recommend and stay again.

Perfect family vacation!

We loved it here, the condo was so nice and clean. The location was excellent, within walking distance to whatever you needed or wanted to go do! The view is incredible, and the splash pad is a huge bonus for the kids! Perfect family vacation! We will definitely be back!

Family Vacation during festival

Great location and views. The unit was very cleaned and well stocked. The owner was very easy to communicate with. The only thing I could complain about was $50 per vehicle to park at the place.

Beach Trip

This property was great! It had everything we needed for our stay. Communication was great for check in, and when I had a question about our stay I got a very quick response. We loved the view of the beach, and how it was just a short walk to get there. The splash pad was great. We can't wait to come again!
