This spectacular cabin is nestled in Smoky Mountain Ridge Resort, a beautiful resort with a natural park setting. “Lookout Lodge” boasts breathtaking, panoramic views of the Smokies – the great outdoors will certainly beckon you to join! The local area has plenty of hiking trails and outdoor activities in Great Smoky Mountains National Park and close proximity to downtown Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Dollywood. But, if the weather doesn't cooperate, the cabin has all you need and more for an incredible vacation. The private indoor pool, hot tub, game room with pool table, and theater room with stadium seating featuring a 80” HDTV set the stage for a vacation to remember. If you can't have fun here, you can't have fun anywhere!

This 6 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom cabin sleeps 28, making it ideal for large groups. Everyone will have a comfortable place to sleep! Four of the bedrooms have king beds, and two of these king rooms also have futons. The other two bedrooms have 2 full-over-full bunks. The cabin is perfect for multiple families traveling together, family reunions, and corporate retreats. Traveling with a baseball team to the Ripken Experience Pigeon Forge? Great house, views and location!

Overall we were very happy with the rental and would recommend. The layout was great. Views were amazing. And very conveniently located. Kids loved the pool, hot tub, arcade game, pool table and movie theatre. Things that kept it from a 5 star rating…All the beds were very uncomfortable. The bunks in both rooms creaked anytime a kid moved which made for not very good sleeping and we then found this in a review from November so it was never remedied. Communication was also a little off from the property manager. We had an issue with the pool heater (which was fixed very quickly), but was asked why we didn’t report it 2 hours earlier while pool company was still in the area (we were out all day) and when we provided a picture of thermometer as requested were asked to then take one from the middle of the (cold) pool. In check out instructions it was implied that our guest rating would be influenced by if we left gratuity for the house cleaner (which I’ve never been asked for in a VRBO and we always do a good job cleaning before leaving). Side note, bring your own pool towels! None were provided.

Fantastic vacation at Lookout Lodge

Our family of 6 adults and 4 kids had a wonderful vacation at Lookout Lodge. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the pool and pool table provided hours of entertainment. The view was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Great

Annual family and friends 10th cabin trip. As our numbers have grown over 10 years we need a larger cabin and this one was perfect. We had 4 elementary school aged kids that loved the pool and movie room. We did have a few not really problems but they were taken care of very quickly. Also, the weather cooperated with 3 inches of snow and the roads were graded and salted.(8 yr old from FL saw snow for the first time)

Excellent family Christmas

We had a wonderful Christmas with aunts, sisters, grandmas, and cousins. There were 23 of us total and everyone had plenty of room. It was close to everything and absolutely wonderful!

Perfect house for a large group

This home was perfect for our large group that included adults, teens, toddlers and an infant. No one was ever bored and there was space for everyone to be together and not feel crowded or split up and not be bothered. The kitchen was completely stocked. Beds were okay, pillows weren’t great. Parking for a large group was perfect. Cleanliness it could have used some more time and attention. The hot water is bare minimum. The towels smelled awful when we arrived and upon looking at checkout info the prior guest is supposed to wash them but if that is the case bleach should be provided each time because not everyone washes clothes the correct and most sanitary way. Overall we would stay here again for sure!

Thanksgiving Day family reunion

All 15 members of my family met at this house that not only has the most amazing view of the mountains but it has all the facilities and comfort to accommodate such a big group. We all enjoyed going to Dollywood, downtown Pigeon Forge and the Great Smokey Mountain National Park. Questions and concerns are immediately addressed and resolved , We all want to come back !

Great cabin

Location and cabin were great! No issues checking in. The only thing I would suggest is to replace/fix the bunk room beds. They squeak very loudly with just simply sitting up or rolling over in bed. They sound like they might collapse at any moment. Everything else was great!

Retreat Worthy Vibes

Each fall I take the students in my youth ministry on a Fall Retreat to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. Lookout Lodge was the perfect pot for this year's retreat! It provided plenty of space for our whole group sessions and even breakouts as needed. The kitchen was spacious enough to allow for the necessary prepping, cooking and serving our group of 18. The students and leaders loved the outdoor porches, the game room, hot tub and especially the indoor pool.The multi-floor layout worked well with sleeping arrangements allowing separation between guys and girls. Lookout Lodge's location allows for easy trips to Pigeon Forge (approximately 15 minute drive) and Gatlinburg (approximately 25 minute drive). The hosts were friendly and responsive throughout the process. I would highly recommend giving them a chance for your next family vacation or retreat!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The game room, theater room & pool were great to have after days of hiking, riding the loop, & other adventures. We even saw a bear coming back in one afternoon on the drive up the road to our place.

Fantastic space sufficient for 30 family members age range 4-69 yrs old Amenities to please everyone and enough space to gather together and utilize the amenities as everyone wished ! One recommendation put blinds to raise open or close in the living room and kitchen. Or curtains as the sun -heat made it uncomfortable for everyone . Don’t take away the view but give options

Great place

The cabin is very nice and in a great location. It was clean except a little dusty; window seals, furniture, lamps, ceiling fans. When we got there one of the first things we did was check out the pool and the skimmer was gross, had some sort of nasty bubbles in it and pump did not seem to be working well. I called and someone was out within 30 minutes and he cleaned the filter again. He said the previous guest left the pool pretty nasty, but he had been out and cleaned it. Changing the filter helped. The kids enjoyed the pool. Theatre room is very nice. Arcade and pool table were fun! Bedrooms/baths very nice. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of seating in the living room and kitchen for our big family. Beautiful view from the balcony! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Mountain Oasis

We had 4 families staying at the property which consisted of 8 Adults and 6 kids (ages 8-12). The house was well maintained and clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were very happy with the location and the added amenities including the pool and hot tub. They even provided a laundry basket which I find to be absent in most rentals! The only issue we had was with the hot tub in which the chemicals seemed to be off. I did ask for someone to come service it and the response was immediate with service provided the following day. Unfortunately, the tub still did not have enough chlorine and was dank smelling after servicing so I asked for service again. The second time they came the issue was resolved. I would definitely recommend this property for family groups looking to visit the area!

Spacious Pool Cabin with Great Views and Perfect for a Large Group!

We stayed with Coastal Vibes in 2023 and had a great experience, so we decided to book a Mountain Vibe Adventure in 2024 and experienced the same great communication and customer service. The cabin was very clean upon arrival. We didn't plan to spend much time in the property itself, but since there was so much to do in the cabin, we ended up spending more time there than planned. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with the kids and we all enjoyed the pool table and arcade machine. We chose this property because it was so conveniently located to so many attractions: The Island at Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Gatlinburg Trail, and the Gatlinburg Strip & Anakeesta. We visited all of these areas, but especially enjoyed the attractions very close to Lookout Lodge. Some of our favorites were the Alpine Coaster, Extreme Racing Go-cart Racing, and the kids insist I mention Rita's Custard! I personally enjoyed walks in the neighborhood. There were other properties nearby managed by the same company, so I was able to meet some of the Mountain Vibe Team members and they were very friendly. I knew ahead of my trip that I would need to sign into a work meeting one of days and was nervous I would have issues, but the internet was GREAT! I would definitely stay at Lookout Lodge again!

Perfect House for a stay in the mountains

This was the perfect house for a week in the mountains. The arrival and departure instructions were very easy. The house was very clean and well equipped. We had one small reason to call the management company (to no fault of the owner) and they were very quick to reply and so friendly! We have al remarked what a great house it was (3 families). Close to everything and comfy. Would stay again for sure!

Second time renting a cabin from Coastal Vibes. Everything was great! The cabin was beautiful and booking the reservation was a breeze. If we had any questions we just emailed, and responses were very quick and professional. Definitely would recommend this property and the company Coastal Vibes to friends and family. Awesome place, has everything you need.

Great location, easy to get everywhere. Very busy while we were there but getting in and out was no problem. Everything in cabin worked, pool and hot tub were great. Game room and theater were nice and easy to use. Having 4 master bedrooms made it easy, nobody had to get a smaller room and the bunk rooms were perfect for teenage kids. Plenty of easy parking, this place was made for a big family, very happy with stay.
