Newly renovated two level villa with swimming pool with heat pump, overflow of 9m by 4m with independent paddling pool of 4m by 2, small decked beach to watch children

Villa of 215 m2 on closed ground of 1000 m2.
Exotic wood deck of 150 m2;
Large bay window overlooking the deck, facing the pool and the Diamond Rock (50m from the sea as the crow flies and 150m on foot) on both levels;
All spacious rooms are air conditioned, as well as the first dining room. . The bedding is new and very comfortable. all windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
A fully equipped kitchen per floor. Induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, nespresso, Dolce Gusto, electric kettle are very well equipped, in crockery and cooking utensils.
American fridge on the ground floor with filtered and fresh water dispenser and ice cubes.
Small wine cellar (8 bottles)
Gas stove with electric oven in outbuilding outside the house
washing machine and dryer also in another outbuilding.
