A lovely 2,400 square foot, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath (plus an outdoor shower), located on over 13 private acres of land. The beach home holds beautiful, two-story water views, a large deck with outdoor furniture, screened-in porch with grill and lots of wildlife. The cherry floors, corian counters, beach-stone fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, and wood ceilings offer a clean, cozy, and beachy feel. There is also a full basement for storage, recycling, laundry, etc. Beach chairs, toys, kayak, umbrellas, and skimboards are all available for use. Minutes from beautiful beaches, tourist attractions, and fishing spots and the picturesque landscape provides an unbeatable nightly sunset.
