*This home has Mini Split Air Conditioners in some of its rooms, meaning NO Central A/C. It can get extremely warm during the hotter months, June through September. We recommend opening all windows in the evening, just after the sun has gone behind the mountains. Let cool air fill the house, then close windows & blinds just after sunrise. Their cool breezes keep the room pleasant.
