Beautiful Studio in a large Provencal Villa - Swimming pool

Independent studio on the ground floor of the villa. It includes 1 big room to be lived with 1 corner cooks very complete and a sofa bed, 1 corner harmed with 2 bunk beds for the children, 1 room of bath and a TOILET independent. Very nice terrace facing west with sea view. Independent access. Sea, beach and town center at 300 m. Magnificent landscaped pool accessible to our tenants. Very nice and large garden of 1500 m². Free tennis court 5 min walk from the house. Parking in closed garden.

Magnifique piscine vu mer

Accueil, gentillesse, discrétion des propriétaire.(de très belles personnes) Magnifique piscine vu sur la mer, top !!! Studio très bien équipé, comme à la maison... quartier très calme. Petit bémol sur la largeur du lit 120 cm environ.

Ein Traum! Besonders für Familien mit Kindern.

Wir waren das erste mal in Sausset les Pin und haben nach einer Unterkunft gesucht, die auch die Erwartungen unserer Kinder (7Jahre und 4 Jahre) erfüllt. Die Ferienwohnung von Jean-Marie und Jean-Claude hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage, die Aussicht, der Pool und die Gastgeber selbst... Alles war perfekt und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Auch der Haushund "Newton" ist, wie schon von anderen Urlaubern erwähnt, ein richtiger Schatz und die Kinder haben wirklich gerne mit ihm gespielt. Jean-Marie und Jean-Claude sind wirklich perfekte Gastgeber! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Familienurlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber für uns 4 war sie völlig ausreichend und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Jean-Marie hat uns viele tolle Ausflugsziele genannt und uns auch bei jeder Frage geholfen. Unsere Kinder haben vor allem den Pool und auch die große Wiese vor der Wohnung gerne und viel genutzt. Der Haushund Newton war auch sehr gerne bei uns und wurde von unseren Kindern sehr gemocht. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder. Vielen Dank!

Versprechen gehalten

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung und Umgebung treffen voll und ganz zu. Wir genossen eine wunderbare Woche. Jean Marie und Claude sind sehr hilfsbereit und Gastgeber mit Herzblut. Der Garten, der Pool und der "Haushund" haben uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Der Weg zum Strand und zum Zentrum ist zu Fuss sehr gut machbar (ca 10 Minuten), die Umgebung sehr reizvoll.

Kleines Paradies mit Meerblick

Vielen Dank für eure nette Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft, Jean-Marie und Claude! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Grundstück und insbesondere der Pool sind ein Traum. Die Kinder haben ihn intensiv genutzt. Die Lage bietet sich für zahlreiche Ausflüge nach Arles, Marseille, Camargue,... an. Der Ort ist in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ein Kiesstrand mit Bar ebenfalls. Zwei tolle Sandstrände sind in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto anzufahren, uns hat besonder der Strand "Saint Croix" gefallen, da es dort auch Schatten gibt. Das einzige kleine Manko ist, dass die Wohnung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, wobei sie über eine moderne Klimaanlage verfügt. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Traumhafte Auszeit

Die Gastgeber haben uns herzlich aufgenommen und viele Tipps gegeben. Der schöne Garten und der Pool mit der traumhaften Aussicht aufs Meer haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Sausset-les-Pins bietet alles für den täglichen Bedarf und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Sandstrand mit dem Auto in ca. 10 min erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Formidable

Jean Marie et Claudine sont des hôtes extraordinaires , d une gentillesse et d une discrétion au top.. Ils auront pleins de bonnes petites adresse à vous communiquer pour passer de magnifiques moments dans leur magnifique région.. La Villa typique provençal est magnifique. Tout les endroits du splendide jardin a vue sur mer . Et que dire de cette piscine exceptionnelle avec cascade mini plage ect.. La Villa est idéalement situé dans un domaine très calme .. Elle est aussi parfaitement desservie 5mins voie rapide .. 8mins des plages en voiture et le port de Sausset est à 10mins en longeant la côte.. Nous avons passé un séjour Formidable et nous reviendrons très vite.

Séjour merveilleux en Méditerranée

Très belle maison bien entretenue par un propriétaire ancien ingénieur (avec son épouse, tous deux très gentils), super confortable, proche d'une plage superbe (l'anse du Petit Nid), magnifique terrasse avec piscine et vue de mer, nous y reviendrons régulièrement.

Gemütliches Studio auf tollem Anwesen

Wir hatten mit unserer Familie (Kinder 11 und 14 J,) eine sehr schöne Woche. Das Studio ist für 4 Personen ausreichend groß,. Das Schlafsofa in dem Schlaf-/Wohnraum ist schnell morgens zusammen gebaut. Das Kinderzimmer ist mit einem Stockbett und einem Einbauschrank. Man ist aber eh die meiste Zeit auf der Terrasse im Garten und genießt den tollen Blick auf das Meer. Oder liegt im oder am Pool, von dem aus man auch einen tollen Blick aufs Meer hat. Der Pool ist groß und tief genug,, sodass man auch reinspringen kann. Die Gastgeber, Claude und Jean-Marie sind sehr sympathisch und extrem hilfsbereit. Der große aber sehr freundliche Hund Newton ist für die Kinder natürlich auch toll gewesen, Er geht aber nicht in die Wohnung, sodass man, so wie ich, als Allergiker keine Sorgen haben muss. Alles in allem eine tolle Woche und eine klare Weiterempfehlung.

Au top

C'était vraiment parfait . La vue est juste magnifique. Les propriétaires sont au top . A l'écoute de nos besoins. Newton est vraiment un chien très gentil . Le petit bémol est le frigo ... ( petit pour 4 ... ) mais ça ne nous a pas gâché nos vacances pour autant . On garde un très bon souvenir de notre séjour !!! Encore merci pour votre gentillesse

Séjour au top

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Jean Marie et sa compagne, ils étaient très serviable. Le studio correspond à l’annonce et le cadre était magnifique ! Je conseille à tous de vous y rendre si vous voulez passer un séjour dans un quartier calme aux environs de Marseille.

Fewo bei Marseille

Jean-Marie und seine Frau waren sehr gastfreundlich und haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Die Fewo bot einen wunderschönen Blick auf die See. Leider mussten wir sehr kurzfristig abreißen, aber auch dafür zeigte Jean-Marie großes Verständnis und hat uns unterstützt. Vielen Dank dafür auch auf diesem Wege.

Semaine très agréable dans une belle propriété

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine entre amis. Le logement est bien situé, proche de la plage et du centre ville, avec une très belle piscine. Jean-Marie et Claude sont des hôtes très chaleureux, toujours très disponibles, prêts à aider et donner de bons conseils. Nous avons aussi eu un coup de coeur pour Newton, leur adorable chien. Nous recommandons grandement.

Un havre de paix

Nous avons passé une belle semaine à Sausset les pins. Jean-Marie et Claude ont été charmants et de très bons conseils. Nous avons vraiment eu un accueil très chaleureux, merci ! Quant au jardin et à la piscine, c'est encore mieux que sur les photos...

Petit coin de paradis sur la côte bleue

Nous avons été très agréablement accueillis par Jean-Marie et Claude... et leur adorable chien Newton. Le jardin et la piscine sont encore bien mieux en vrai qu’en photo ! Une véritable oasis paradisiaque, à moins de 10 minutes à pied de l’anse du petit nid où nous avons rencontré pas mal de poissons, poulpe, étoile de mer... en snorkeling. Centre de Sausset à qq minutes à pied. Autres plages et calanques à qq minutes en voiture... Ne pas manquer le sentier du douanier à Méjean, tôt matin, avec maillot et masque pour terminer dans l’eau ! Le logement est petit mais suffisant puisqu’on y est que pour dormir :-) Manque peut-être juste un percolateur pour les cafeinomanes et un ventilateur pour les nuits chaudes.
