First Floor: Kitchen, Living, Dining room, laundry room, front porch and 1 full bath.

Second Floor: Bedrooms 1 King and 1 twin(in-suite bath), Bedroom 2 has 2 Queen beds that are separated by a pocket door and its own shared (in-suite bath).

This was a great house; very clean, spacious, well appointed, exceptional off street parking. Location is fantastic, although there is a bar across the street that was quite loud for only the front bedroom. But we’d stay again .

Great Location
Location. Location. Location. We were able to walk nearly everywhere (restaurants, oyster fest, shopping), and everything else was a short drive (cliff walk, mansions). Parking onsite is so key downtown, so this was another major plus. The property is lovely with lots of room, and numerous full bathrooms which is great when traveling with a group of women. The view from the roof deck was nice, and it looks like it is being upgraded a bit which will only make this feature even better. Currently there are a few hightop tables instead of the lower long table as seen in the pictures. There were even more beds, and some larger, than presented in the listing which was a pleasant surprise. Ice machine and water in the refrigerator don't work, but it was easy enough to get a bag of ice just down the street. A tea kettle would be great addition, but we made do with water brewed through the Keurig. I didn't realize it was right next door to the famous (maybe even infamous?) O'Briens Pub, so that was a fun visit one night (and listening to drunk visitors stumbling home at the end of the night from the balcony was entertaining too).

Amazing house in the perfect location
Frank’s house was perfect for me and my friends to visit Newport! The pictures honestly don’t do it justice. The view from the roof was stunning. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Check in and check out were seamless. We could not have asked for a better location- walking distance to all of Thames St, the wharf, local restaurants, and an easy drive to the beach. Absolutely recommend booking your stay at this house!

This property was great for our party of 7. Could have fit more. Private bath for each bedroom, Spacious and clean. Great rooftop deck with a harbor view. Right off of Thames -walk to water stores restaurants. Great location.

Five stars!
Rented this house for a bachelorette party! The house was spacious and comfortably fit 10 of us. the AC was very refreshing to get out of the hot humid weather. Would definitely recommend this stay for another group trip to Newport

We enjoyed the location and the property. Weekend nights are loud from the restaurant across the street. The beds are really comfortable. Couldn’t find kitchen towels. Easy access, great parking, nicely laid out with lovely sized bedrooms. I would call it a 4 bedroom, the slider door separating the rooms is a little misleading. Overall a wonderful property.

Great Location
The owner is very responsive and the place is every nicer in person than it is in the pictures. The beds are large and comfortable. The location is perfect, right down town where you can walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars.

Great House in Great Condition
We had a great time in this house. Beds were comfortable, house was clean, amazing space. Nice roof top. Need to bring your own shampoo, soap, paper towels, etc. Would definitely stay here again

Awesome spot
We had a great time at Franks house. Awesome location in Newport, very quick to plenty of restaurants and bars. Lots of space, lots of bedrooms, great roof deck. Interactions with the owner were perfect. Maybe worth noting that on Friday and Saturday night Newport gets pretty lively, and this house is close to the action. So there was some noise from the street at bar close. Couldn’t hear it in most of the bedrooms, and it didn’t really bother us, but FYI.

Beautiful Wharf House Stay
This place was perfect for our girls trip! What a wonderful location in walking distance to many bars, shops, restaurants, and more. It really cut down on the amount of Ubers and car rides needed to enjoy our stay! The house was wonderful and slept 12 so easily. The rooftop deck was such a relaxing place to spend mornings and evenings. Thank you so much for your hospitality! We hope to be back soon!

Great location for a visit to Newport
While we very much enjoyed our stay in Newport, we had one major complaint and several small ones. The house is listed as 5 bedrooms, however you need to go through one of the bedrooms to get to another. This would be fine for families traveling together but it was a bit awkward for couples as 2 of the 5 couples did not have the privacy they would have expected. On a minor note, some staples that we would have expected in the house were not provided. These were paper towels, bar soap for the showers, kleenex, dish towels in the kitchen and a mat by the back door (it was raining so rain was tracked in when we came in through that door.

perfect spot for Newport
Came with a group of friends for a golf weekend. The house was perfect, and exactly as described. Location can't be beat - walking distance to almost everything in town, and only a short drive away from everything else. Plenty of room for a group. The house was clean, beds comfy, and the roof top desk gave us prime viewing of an amazing Newport sunset. Would recommend this to any group looking for a great spot in Newport. Thanks to Frank the owner!
