Villa D-7, is conveniently located midway between the pool area and Crescent Beach. Aside from the usual furnishings of each villa. D-7 offers: A Combination Safe for valuables, Dedicated, private wireless internet, Beach toys in the patio closet (see photo) and Beach towels (no need to bring your own!).. You are on VACATION we want you to relax, enjoy family & friends. And return again next year! Additional Person fees may apply.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just returned from a wonderful stay and a beautiful beach. The unit was extremely clean and provided all one would need for a great stay. The staff there is very helpful and friendly. Very quiet place. Had to contact the host once and got an immediate response. WiFi is excellent. Rooms are spacious and plenty of closet space. If looking to stay very close to a private beach- a block walk on the property so no street crossing- which is a real plus, and beach chairs available on the beach,give this place a serious look. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful Casa Blanca Condo

Literally you walk through the parking lot to arrive on the beach within minutes. Great proximity to Siesta Key restaurants and shopping. So many other areas to explore within a 15-20 minute drive. Condo was very clean! Lots of space in living room. Loved the outdoor patio in the back and the indoor patio in front. The only drawbacks were the beds. Mattresses seemed very old and need updating-not much support. Besides that it was perfect!

While we didn’t have a view of the ocean from our unit, it was a very short walk to the beach where we watched dolphins every morning. The unit had a closet stocked with beach chairs and toys for our use. We spent our time walking on the soft beach sand, playing Pickleball at the free public courts nearby and kayaking in the mangroves.
