Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Checked in the first night and AC was broken had to sleep with no AC all night because the maintenance team isn't on site. Ac wasn't fixed till next day 2pm. One day later the AC broke again and the only thing they had was a 1 Bedroom apartment for 5 of us. The apartment was great but really small for our needs. First Villa also had a lot of small roaches overall villa 5 needs so work to be maintained.

Perfect place to stay in Siesta Key

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Reserved two condos and we had so much space! The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The best part was how close to the beach we were. The staff were helpful and always making sure the property was clean and secure.

We love Casa Blanca!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has been coming here for over 35 years and have never had any issues with anything, however this past time was different. It appeared as though the villa had not been cleaned in a while, there were multiple, LARGE, dead cockroaches, as well as just a general dirt on everything. We vacuumed and swept everything multiple times before it felt clean. They also charge for additional paper products now which used to never be a thing and hinders your stay if you stay for an extended period of time. The increased security is a good thing however and the beach is always well kept.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean nice and perfect for a family of 5. I loved the screened in porch and outdoor shower. Only flaw of the place was the security officers were incredibly strict. Most places in Siesta Key have keypads to get in for people or cars. Casa Blanca has security guards that make sure people are wearing bracelets. If you forget your bracelet, they will hold you at the gate until a family member can bring it. When you are on vacation and on the beach, it is easy to forget a bracelet.
