Welcome to Belle Vernon, a family-friendly, centrally located beach cottage in Seaside, FL! Situated on peaceful East Ruskin Street and close to Ruskin Park, the world is at your fingertips at this bungalow!

Arrive and park to be warmly welcomed on a screened, furnished front porch - a great space to relax and unwind! On the first floor, you will find an open and spacious living area and dining area with plenty of natural light. A fully equipped kitchen that looks out to the living area. Also located on the first floor are two queen bedrooms, both with private baths with shower/tub combos and one of the queen bedrooms has a private screened porch.

Head upstairs where you will find a quiet seating area with a desk. Another queen bedroom has access to a private screened-in porch and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath. Plus there is a twin bonus room. There is a sundeck as well as a backyard deck with a grill for outdoor dining.

* Occupancy for this home is only 8 even though there is a bonus room, you can not over-occupy.

* 5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer; 3 night minimum Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

Brought in the new year!
We chose Seaside to ring in the new year and we definitely weren’t disappointed with this absolutely adorable house! The kids had their own rooms and the adult couples had their own bedrooms with bathrooms, it was perfect! We had a little problem with the washing machine, but they were quick to send someone and it was a quick fix! The house is a quick walk to the town square and the neighborhood is so cute. We used the rec center for pickle ball and swimming, which was just a short walk as well. We loved staying here, and will absolutely choose this house again!

The renting process was easy. The house was not good! The mini blinds are in terrible condition. The porch was uncomfortable, old and not inviting with slabs of wood on it as well. The bedrooms did not cool properly! The upstairs bathroom didn’t drain well.

October Fall Break at the Beach

Great Vacation in Seaside

Got information for check-in and check-out by email and texts. House was ready when we got there and had door code so vacay began immediately. House was cool and spotless. Had almost all the necessities like TP, cleaners and detergents we needed for the week. Garbage disposal wasn't working because the people before us put a dime down the sink, but the maintenance guy came right away and fixed it asap. Wifi was great.. great walking distance to beach and shops. We were greatest by a associate right after we arrived for any questions. Was a good experience and will use them again!!!!

Terrific Ten Days
We have stayed at many rentals over the years. And this is by far one of the best. The kitchen was outfitted very nicely… Good knives, lots of pots and pans, utensils etc. I can’t tell you the number of times over the years that we have had to drive to Walmart to get a couple of knives or a frame pan or even potholders. Belle Vernon had it all. And having a gas grill was awesome. Our group has six adults so the bedroom and bathroom combinations were perfect. The living room was spacious and we had a lot of fun meals and game nights around the dining room table. The only negative would be that the bed pillows were wimpy and the comforter in the bedroom off the kitchen was dirty. So I just washed it myself. All in all, it was a a house and we will stay there again!

Two bikes were included with the rental which was nice. *Very clean, and accommodating for our family (Three couples and One toddler). Great screened in front porch for relaxing. The kitchen is stocked for cooking. We enjoy grilling so the only negative is that the gas grill needs to be replaced. Thank you for the nice Welcome Gift!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at Belle Vernon! The floor plan was perfect for our family of 3 couples and 1 child. The layout allowed us to have our own spaces but to all hang out together...which is what we wanted to do! It would have been good to have towels hooks in the bathroom. The location is a very short walk to get coffee and a newspaper in the morning or eat at Great Southern later! We would definitely consider staying at this cottage again!
