The condo, is in the best and most impressive 'Five Star' properties, with exquisite design and incredible gardens, property and beach!   Our property manager is there should you need any maintenance within the condo, she also offers airport pick ups. . pre-grocery shopping and local activity bookings

If you stay for a minimum of 1 month: you can access the El Tigre Sports Club membership, for a fee. This regulation has been legislated by the El Tigre Sports Club & administration for all rental guests.

 Many restaurants, stores, banks, Dr's and groceries in a short walk. 

Head downtown by taxi, just outside our door- 20 minutes or to the airport in 10 minutes. Enjoy our Sport Club ( gym, Kid's Club, classes, spa, showers, sauna, steam room, tennis, racquetball) for a fee of 18.00 per person with discounts to local restaurants and golfing.

A wonderfully large ensuite bathroom, and great closet space. 

 The 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen beds, and another full ensuite bathroom. 

 The living room boasts comfortable leather sofa and chairs, t.v Star Choice Satellite newly installed, dvd player & hutch. 

The dining suite is very elegant and seats 6-8, with 3 bars stools where guests can sit while someone makes dinner in the open kitchen, supplied with all the amenities.
