This former Landes farm completely renovated of 240m ² includes four bedrooms and eight beds. It is classified tourist residence 3 stars. Very spacious, the house includes a large kitchen with a dining area, a dining room, two bathrooms, a living room with open fireplace on the forest, a mezzanine with a TV and a DVD player.

A large garden surrounds the house which is located in a clearing in the middle of the forest with two other dwellings. The place is quiet and secluded but only 4km from the village or the ocean. Located between the lake and the ocean, this residence allows you to fully enjoy the water sports: sailing and rowing on the pond of Soustons, swimming and surfing on the ocean. Many cycling paths allow pleasant walks in the forest. Golf enthusiasts will also find nearby several famous golf courses. Six bicycles, a ping-pong table and a swing are at your disposal.

The property is 35 km from the Dax train station, itself 3h30 from Paris from July 2017. Biarritz airport is 45 km away via the A63 motorway in 45 minutes.

Sehr schönes Haus, herrlich und ruhig gelegen!

Versteckt im Wald gelegen, umgeben von schattenspendenden Bäumen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und groß, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben hier traumhafte Tage erlebt und sind bei Hitze oft lieber im Garten geblieben und erst spät an den Strand gefahren. Die Lage ist super, Strände leicht erreichbar und bis San Sebastián ist es auch nicht weit. Der Empfang und die Übergabe verliefen reibungslos. Gerne wieder!

Un merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette belle et très vaste maison, bien équipée, confortable, située au milieu des chênes-lièges, dans un environnement extrêmement calme et reposant. Les vélos mis à disposition ont permis de belles balades dans les pistes cyclables proches, fort nombreuses. Le lac de Soustons, assez proche, est très agréable et la mer se rejoint en 20 minutes en vélo assez facilement (malgré une portion de route un peu dangereuse mais heureusement fort courte). Je recommande fortement cette location.

Tolles Haus in wunderbarer Lage

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus. Die Lage mitten in der Natur bietet Möglichkeiten zu jeder Menge sportlicher Aktivitäten und langen Abenden unter freiem Himmel. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, alles Notwendige (inklusive Strand :-)) ist mit Fahrrad oder Auto schnell zu erreichen.

Très agréable maison, tranquille, dans le cadre idyllique des fougères, bruyères et chênes-lièges de la forêt. A proximité immédiate du centre-ville de Soustons (en voiture) avec toutes les commodités.

Beautiful house in a tranquil setting

Our stay in Pascal's house was wonderful. We were four adults and three children and there was more than enough space for us. The house was clean and very well appointed with everything you need on a holiday, including plenty of bicycles. It took us a couple of days to figure out how to get to the main Souston cycle track (cross the main road and then follow the gravel track up to the left and follow it around). The house is set well into the forest and is therefore very peaceful. We ate outside for most meals and didn't have any problems with mosquitos. Check in was very easy. Madame Coisy was really punctual, friendly and easy to communicate with. She was really helpful and said we could contact her at anytime if we needed. We had arranged to check out at 8am on Saturday and she arrived on time and check out was very smooth. I would highly recommend Maobos, it was a wonderfully tranquil place to stay.

Belle maison landaise au calme et proche de tout.

Magnifique maison, extrêmement agréable à vivre. Couples de parents avec enfants, le jardin reste à l'ombre toute la journée ce qui permet de profiter vraiment de l'extérieur. La maison est très bien équipée, il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Les vélos sont fonctionnels et permettent de se déplacer facilement grâce aux multiples pistes cyclables. La maison est au calme au milieu d'une magnifique forêt de chênes liège entre l'océan et le lac d'un côté et le centre du village et toutes ses commodités de l'autre. Un excellent choix pour des vacances reposantes en famille.

Un super séjour dans les Landes

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle et charmante maison qui bénéficie d'un environnement calme et magnifique. Bien équipée, la maison est très agréable. Les enfants étaient heureux de trouver les balançoires dans le jardin ! Emplacement idéal pour profiter de l'océan. Les commerces sont proches, à Soustons. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité des pistes cyclables ! Une belle expérience, merci.

Maison magnifique, impeccablement fournie. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable.

Très belle maison dans la forêt landaise. Deux réserves: 1) Les moustiques empêchent de dîner dehors; mais il y a par conséquent des oiseaux. 2) Comme toutes les plages landaises, la plage de Vieux-Boucau est dangereuse, et on ne peut s'y baigner que dans une aire limitée surveillée par les sauveteurs.

Ruhiges, gut ausgestattetes Haus für 8 Personen

Sehr schönes altes Bauernhaus in Mitten eines Pinienwaldes mit viel Platz zum Relaxen und Tischtennisspielen. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht (Küche mit Spülmaschine - Tabs nicht vergessen - Kühlschrank, Tiefkühlschrank, Mikro, Wasserkocher.../ Tischtennisplatte mit Schlägern/ 8 Schlafmöglichkeiten: 1 mal Doppelbett + 3x 2 Einzelbetten/ Großes Wohnzimmer...). Es empfiehlt sich aber Netze für die Fenster mitzubringen, da es viele Mücken gab und man so entspannt mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Allerdings sollte man längere Wege mit dem Fahrrad einkalkullieren (davon sind aber 6 vorhanden, die zwar alt aber einigermaßen funktionstüchtig sind). Der nächste Strand,der gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen ist und der genügend Parkplätze bietet, ist mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen (Les Casernes; Richtung Seignosse). Hier gibt es eine Surfschule direkt am Strand. Der nächste Strand, der mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen ist (15 Minuten Fahrt) heißt Souston-Plage. Teilweise aber überfüllt.
