Luxury four-bedroom, pet friendly home situated on a canal in Sailmaker Cove and overlooking the Santa Rosa Sound!

High end appliances in the kitchen, along with granite counter tops and other incredible amenities. Master bedroom has a king bed, 1st guest bedroom also has a king, guest bedroom 2 has a queen, and 4th guest bedroom has one twin and one full. In addition there are four bunk beds in the hallway upstairs - the kids will love it!

At the end of a sun-soaked day on Navarre Beach, there's entertainment for everyone with flat screen TVs throughout the house. Step out onto the decks from the living room and soak in the amazing views of the water. Almost every bedroom offers a private deck too! The house is pet friendly too, so bring your four-legged family member with you. This gorgeous house also offers paddleboards as well. This gated community offers a pool that is located just steps from the home. You don't want to miss out on this one-of-a-kind luxury home on Navarre Beach!

Love this house and location !!!

It is extremely clean and the location is perfect for fishing in the bay to enjoying the ocean, which is only a short walk away. Still one of our fave places to relax and enjoy family - We will definitely be back.

First Family October Beach Trip

This home was a perfect place for our family!! It was even prettier than the pictures! It was light, airy, open and such a happy place!! We all had plenty of room to spread out and enjoyed being able to have water all around us. The location was perfect!! Hoping to go back the same time next year!!

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay during Memorial Day week. The house was spacious and we had plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the bunk beds and their separate TV area. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed using the kayaks and chairs provided by the owner. Definitely recommend this beautiful house.

Great Stay

The home was great. Spacious, all of us had our own space but still had community areas to hang out together. The bikes were nice as well, and the walk to the beach is just a short walk across the street.

Perfect Vacation spot

We had the best time of our lives there. Close to the beach and secluded area for privacy. The house was perfect for our family. The views are outstanding and the house met all of our needs.

Outstanding Home

Outstanding home for families and friends. We had ages 70 down to 6 years old. Plenty of room to spread out and plenty of room for togetherness. The teenagers and young adults enjoy using the kayaks right outside the door. The pool is a 30 sec walk and the beach was just across the street. This was the perfect place to come and enjoy our son in laws Air Force retirement. A memory we won’t forget.

Great location and beautiful home!

The rental had everything we needed for a great Spring Break stay! The location was perfect and the views were amazing from the decks. Our kids love to fish so it was a huge plus that they could walk right out the back door to fish and kayak. Short walk to the beach.

This home is beautiful and you can see the ocean from every deck. We walked to the beach, kayaked, and watched stingrays, birds, huge fish and crabs from the back porch. Highly recommend this home for your family. It was perfect!

STAY HERE!!

The BEST place we have ever rented! Location was absolutely perfect, beds are SUPER comfortable the house was large and perfect for our group. Everyone had their own space. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee. So much to do! The sound is in the backyard and the beach is directly across the street. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Our family of 13 had enough room to enjoy the nearby beach and spend time together. The only problem we had was the refrig ice maker made little or no ice but there was a portable ice maker that kept us supplied.

There is really not a place for our dog to go except the sandy grassy area full of burrs. We used the empty lot next door and cut through to get to the street and the neighbors complained. This is an ideal location to get away from Chicago area winter weather and regenerate. There is a large amount of construction in the area but this home is acts as a oasis with its back porches and access to the Gulf beach.We plan on coming back next year for another visit.Hoping it is available for us to enjoy.

Wonderful house, wonderful location!!

My husband and I had our 4 adult children and spouses and our grandchild stay at this house. It was wonderful! The layout of the house with separate bathrooms for each bedroom and the first floor master suite were great for all of us. The kitchen and living area was a dream. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans for lots of cooking. The location of being on the sound and a VERY short walk to the Gulf was spectacular. There was so much space for group gatherings but also good space for private time. So many decks for lounging, eating, viewing..... we even saw dolphins in the sound! We would 100% re-rent this home!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience overall was good. The home had a few issues that needed repair or maintenance but nothing major. It is a wonderful home with an excellent location. But needs repairs. list of repairs: garage door rear of home did not work reported into the rental company their statement was yea its always broken or off track. Ice machine was broken constantly cleaning water off of counter. Managment brought secondary unit out and left by the door instead fixing the problem. the master bath jet tub does not work, All the bike had flats and chain off one of the adult bikes. One kayak has a large hole in it, we spent a good part of one morning with the propane delver driver to install propane in the unit and test out the fireplace. Overall, we probably would stay again but definitely look at other options.

Wonderful Getaway With Family

We are 3 small groups within one family and the house layout provided more than enough personal space for each. Although our visit was during wintertime and we were off season for the majority of the outdoor amenities, we were impressed with the provision of beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards and bikes. The kitchen had everything one could need as well! The house is in a prime location at the very end of the Navarre Beach housing just as you enter the protected the seashore area. This provided for lovely views and wonderful bike rides. We plan to rent this property again next year for our annual getaway!

The views of the water from the home were beautiful and the beach is just a few steps away from the front entrance of the small subdivision. Each of the bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom which allowed my young adult children the privacy they needed. The kitchen was very well equipped and we were able to cook some nice dinners at the house. We were able to watch the sunset from the third floor balcony each night with a glass of wine. Thank you for sharing this special home with us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this house two years in a row for several reasons.Perfect size for our family of 12 and now our 13th whois 18 months old. Fishing from the seawall in the backyard,a pool only steps away and an almost private beach 5 minute walk away we love this area of Navarre Beach.The negatives are few that includes a tricky driveway and now the neighborhood is getting really tight with several new houses being built. Paradise homes is the Renting agent and they are excellent in responding to any issues we may have had. They even delivered a new gas grill in the middle of the week when we discovered the old one was burned out.
