About Prominence on 30A - Watersound, Florida

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

GREAT LOCATION & STAY!
We stayed for 5day/4nts at this location with 2 boys (12/13) and had a blast. The house was awesome, bikes were great, pool was SO CLOSE and The Big Chill gave food/entertainment options really close, as well!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The beds were so comfortable! The golf cart was so much fun and made the experience even better. The house was clean, smelled good, clean towels, great location to the beach and the hub. I highly recommend! We will be back!

Perfect for family
My family and I stayed and it was perfect for us. The place was equipped with everything we needed. They had everything for the beach as well. Extremely cleaning and nicely decorated.

The property management was rather impersonal, which was fine but not as pleasant. Not as clean as we would have liked, but acceptable. The neighborhood was fun but family friendly, close to the hub which was fun. The pools were closed when we wanted to use them which was disappointing and the beach access was more challenging than anticipated (only limited parking but not walking distance). All in all, a good experience but not sure we'd go back here.

Lovely and clean property close to The Hub, pool, and 30A. Easy access through app and keyless entry
Easy to rent and the folks at Panhandle Getaways are wonderful and very responsive. Note: there’s no direct beach access (though there is transportation).

Lack of home supplies
The condo was clean and nice and in a beautiful area. However, there were some issues -- -- The door handle was broken leading out to the garage. -- There was no dish washing liquid or hand soap (we had to go out and buy) -- Very frugal on the toilet paper in both bathrooms (one and 1/2 rolls of inexpensive toilet paper) - had to buy additional toilet paper.
