Condo 635 is a 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom, 3rd floor lakefront condo. It features a full kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, smooth top stove and oven, and refrigerator with ice maker. Includes a covered large deck overlooking lake and one of the three outdoor pools at Parkview Bay. The deck features furniture and a gas grill. Bedding arrangement includes a king bed in master bedroom along with a private master bath, queen in 2nd. Both bedrooms have TV's. Condo is one flight up from parking lot and has few steps to pool and lake. NOTE: Pictures of deck will be added in the spring!!!! Occupancy 4

We will exceed your expectations in customer service! All of our condos are privately owned and include many extras. We take pride in the excellent condition and cleanliness of all our condos. Condo 635 at Parkview Bay is privately owned and owners take very good care of this lakefront condo.
Why they chose this property
The Towers and Parkview Bay are both well maintained properties that are both maintenance free exteriors, so the esthetics are great! The lakefront decks are concrete. The location is ideal for all vacationers. We are within 12 minutes of several golf courses. Dining and lakefront restaurants are within a mile of complex by water. Boat rentals are very close, and we have boat slip rentals if you will be bringing your own boat. The waterpark, antiquing, hiking, horseback riding and cave adventures are in the area and close. Grocery and liquor stores are abundant in Osage Beach and are all within a 5 minute drive. Our Passover Road is paved and lighted and we are one mile from the Highway 54 exit.
