Very calm environment. Beautiful dining room, 3 bedrooms, one upstairs with private bathroom. A bathroom on the ground floor, a garage and a dryer. Large terrace overlooking the kitchen and the dining room, terrace for a room on the ground floor. Air conditioner.

Located ten kilometers north of Montpellier, a stone's throw from the Pic Saint-Loup and the Hortus, Assas seems nestled in the heart of a vegetation oscillating between garrigue, vineyards and large wooded massifs. Lovely stay is Assas
A simply charming villa in a sweet, quiet and safe little neighborhood - very comfortable and well-laid out. Cozy pool and patio. Quality in every detail - and a highly responsive and friendly host. Five minutes from small shopping area with large grocery store with bakery, pharmacy, restaurants (try Annex Pizza!). Montpellier is only a short drive away..

Très jolie maison, très bien située, au calme dans un village bercé par le chant des cigales, et seulement à 25 minutes des plages ou de la place de la comédie à Montpellier ! Sa piscine est une réelle plus value, avec un jardin spacieux et une agréable terrasse ! Notre aînée a par ailleurs apprécié son intimité au cœur du pigeonnier ! Sans hésitation, nous souhaiterions y revenir ! Merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse !

Cadre très agréable et calme.
Maison individuelle pour passer des vacances idéales dans un environnement non loin de Montpellier en bordure de mer et proche de l'arrière pays magnifique offrant des excursions et découvertes enrichissantes. La location de cette maison, sa piscine et son confort de vie donne le vrai sentiment d'être habitué des lieux depuis toujours ! Une seule remarque, l'accès depuis l'extérieur est constitué de petites marches et différents petits niveaux difficiles à enjamber aux personnes handicapées.
