The Space
To our absolute delight, we welcome you to our Florida Cottage, FantaSea...where the beach is near, the salt is in the air, sunshine tans your skin and warms your soul...While walking up to our home, you are welcomed by our massive wrap around balcony, with beautiful natural wood ceilings that sets the ideal tone for you to feel that you are staying in “your home away from home”. Before stepping inside, you will see our homeowners have thoughtfully placed this super cute metal tin bucket for your flip flops. Once everyone has placed their flops in the bucket, let’s input your keyless entry code and take a step inside!
Located on the first floor of FantaSea is our open concept Kitchen, Dining and Living area that was thoughtfully designed with the idea of providing the perfect space for the entire family to mingle. When dining in, our beautiful White Quartz Countertops w/stainless steel appliances and a fully equipped kitchen is the ideal space to whip up anything from pancakes for breakfast to Burgers and Pizza in the evening. For our Grilling Experts, you will find our grill located on the balcony adjacent to the kitchen. Allowing full functional cooking space for all of your culinary delights! Offering ample seating for 14 at the breakfast bar and dining table, there is more than enough room for the entire family to dine together! Looking next to our Living Area, you will see our super cozy sofa, waiting for you to sit back and relax upon while enjoying watching your favorite show on our 50” Flat Screen TV. Also located on the first floor is a King Suite Master Bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom. Offered in our Master Bedroom is a King Bed with super cozy bedding to ensure you “Sleep Like a Driftwood Log’, a reach in closet so you may hang all of your vacation clothes and a wall mounted 48” Flat Screen TV with a full selection of cable channels to choose from.
Journeying up to the 2nd floor of our home is where the rest of family will rest their heads after a long sun-filled day at the beach! Offering a second King Master Suite with a wall mounted 48” Flat Screen TV, super cozy bedding to ensure you “Sleep like a Driftwood Log’, a reach in closet to hang up all of your vacation clothes and a full ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Adjacent from the Master Suite is another Master Suite that offers a King Bed w/a Twin over Twin custom built bunk bed. This room is most certainly my favorite, as you have access to your own private balcony that offers stunning views of the community. What an amazing way to begin your morning...sitting on your own private balcony, enjoying your morning cup of joe ;-) Also offered is a full ensuite bathroom with a shower. Now for the kids, we definitely have a fun space for you to rest your heads! Located down the hall is our Kids Bunk Room! Offering 2 Twin over Twin custom built bunk beds, with 1 stand alone Twin Bed & a pull out Twin Trundle! This is truly “Twin Bed” land for the kids! Also offered in our kids space is a walk in closet and 32” wall mounted flat screen TV that offers a full selection of channels….in case you were wondering, yes, this does include Disney & Nickelodeon! Now that we have taken the tour of the Kids space, let’s take a stroll to the Queen Guest Suite. This room offers a Queen Bed with super cozy bedding, a wall mounted 32” Flat Screen TV with a full selection of cable channels and a reach in closet. Also offered on the 2nd floor of our home is a front load washer and dryer along with a full bathroom located in the hallway, in a perfect central location so everyone may easily access.
Offered throughout the entire property is of course, the highest speed internet possible.

Guest Access
To ensure an enriched / full guest experience, you will have full access to both Levels of our Home, 5 Adult Bikes, Outdoor shower, Grill, all Balconies / Porches, Community Beach Tram Service, our 12,000 sq. ft. Community Pool, and of course to the beach access located just a 10 minute's walk away!
Attention Guests:
The Lagoon Pool area will be closed from Monday, November 6th through the end of Monday, November 20th to make some necessary repairs to the expansion joints. The Lagoon Area will be open for use on Tuesday, November 21st.

SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING / NON-VAPING property. No smoking/vaping is allowed on the premises of the Property, (inside or outside), whatsoever. Any TENANT or their visitors not adhering to the No Smoking / Non-Vaping policy will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of their entire rental payment.
PET POLICY: Pet policy is 1 pet only (dog or cat) 35 pounds or less. Pet fee is $250. Pet fee MUST be paid at the time of booking. Violation of this policy, or bringing more than one Pet unauthorized, will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of entire rental payment.
MINIMUM AGE: Minimum age for primary renter is 25 years old.
EARLY CHECK-IN: We do our best to accommodate early check-ins, but CANNOT guarantee it. We charge a $75 fee for early check-ins (between 1 and 2 pm). Please check in with us on the day of your arrival around 12:30 pm. Many times, we have a quick turn with guests checking out at 10 am. Once our housekeeping team gets there, they'll be able to assess the condition of the house and determine how much work needs to be done to ensure the house is cleaned up to our standards, and ready for you. After housekeeping is finished cleaning the home, our home inspectors come in to inspect the house to ensure it meets our standards.
