good times
PROS: good location, easy check in, loved jaccuzzi, playground, lots of space for kids to run around. good neighborhood for morning walks., secluded, kitchen fully stocked with everything we could need, big master bedroom (was strange the toilet was out in the open) CONS: needs shower head changed in master, didnt work well at all. outside garbage was small..not the normal size the town/cities give you, like the rest of the neighbors had so we had to go searching for a dumpster which was difficult to find. dryer had a loud screeching sound the whole time we were drying the towels..so loud even with the door closed. These are all things that could be easily fixed. Other than that, it was great Thanks Kathy

Great weekend in Broken Bow
We had a great time for the weekend and the property was just as described, the inside was spacious, the bedrooms were nice and everything was well-marked (directions for guests are very specific). It was also super easy to get in and out and we appreciated that the owner had staples like coffee and some laundry detergent as conveniences. The property is really nicely positioned to be private and quiet, not on a main road, and beautiful. A few things to note: 1. There was a neighborhood dog named Wishbone, according to his collar, that was clearly very used to being at the property and inside the property. While a sweet dog, he sat at the door on several occasions throughout the weekend, whether we were inside or out and whined to get in, even scratching at and damaging the screen door on the back (and leaving waste in the yard). 2. There were some roaches inside. I suggest a pest treatment would be helpful, as we found 3 in the bedroom, which kind of gave us a shudder. 3. I know pollen season may have just ended, but all the outdoor furniture and porches were covered with a good layer of green/yellow pollen. We spent a lot of time sitting outside and had to wipe down chairs and tables and sweep in order to use them comfortably. With it being Memorial Day weekend, it might have been nice to have had that sprayed down before guests arrived. None of these were things that would have kept us from staying again or that we would have needed assistance with during the weekend, but thought it was feedback you would want as an owner. Thanks for a great weekend!
