DOGS ONLY Guests are responsible for any damages that result from pets. No pets on furniture or in hot tub. Any delays in housekeeping because of pet hair on furniture, Guests agree to pay an additional housekeeping fee of a minimum of $25 with a maximum of $250.00 . Any pet hair found in hot tub or filter will result in a minimum charge of $100. This fee is non refundable.

Moose Mountain Lodge is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath cabin that boasts the following:

Mother-In-Law Suite on TERRACE level with Queen bedroom with 32" flat screen TV,  sitting area with 40" flat screen TV, sofa, coffee bar, full bathroom with tub/shower combo, and deck access to where hot tub is located. Has it's own private entrance (not accessible from inside the cabin)
Living room on MAIN level has 42" flat screen TV, and wood burning fireplace (starter bundle of wood provided Oct 1st- Apr 1st)

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:





Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more that this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Required Fees include $160 Cleaning fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, guest service fee, and a 15% lodging tax
