The ground floor cozy condo sits on the 18th hole of our gated community. Amenities include a king size bed, queen size bed and Ashley queen sleeper sofa, fast unlimited WiFi internet and a 50" 4K LED TV with Hulu Live. Perfect for football and basketball games, parents weekends and visits to gorgeous Lake Monroe.

Wedding trip.

The host worked with us since we had a wedding to go to near the condo. They were very understanding. We didn't get to stay at the condo very much as by the time we arrived back at the condo it was 11:00 PM and we stayed up late talking to family. The next morning, we slept in since we didn't get to sleep until around 1:30 AM. The condo was very clean and the parking lot was well lit.

We needed a quick getaway and this condo was perfect! Clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Cameron was so great and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed.

The decor was nice. The outside could’ve used some work. Although most of the condo was nice, the secondary bathroom could use a very thorough cleaning and some updating. Mattress was okay; sheets and bedding were comfortable. Our check in time was 4:00 which seemed a bit late. However the cleaning service was still there and we had to wait.

Cute condo on a golf course!

We had a fun, relaxing overnight getaway! Alexis and Cameron went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They even left us a bottle of wine from Oliver Winery to help make our stay even more enjoyable! Make sure to sit on the back patio in the evening and you’ll have a few deer stop by for a visit. 😍

Great Bloomington stay!

Super cute condo on a lovely golf course! Lovely decor, very comfy and a cute outdoor patio. Host was very helpful and responsive! About a 20-25 drive to IU campus. Looking forward to visiting again!

We really like the condo near IU campus

We were graduate 30 years from IU. This is a Bloomington reunion. Thank the owner provide the cozy place near beautiful Lake Monroe. We spend 3 days to visit IU campus, eat in Month Bears and fishing Lake Griffey. Cameron was very helpful , even we have difficulty in the midnight. We like Bloomington wine - thanks again.

Loved this condo!

Our unit was easy to get into, clean and loved the proximity to pool and really loved all of our deer friends that roamed the area! Host was communicative! It was a great get away for me and my 2 sons!!

We had a great experience staying at this condo. The kitchen is well stock with dishes, pots and utensils. We had plenty of towels and extra blankets. It was very cozy and clean.

Comfortable and clean

We stayed here for a quick staycation with out of town family over the weekend. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Very close to the pool, which the kids enjoyed. Cameron was quick to communicate with us and we enjoyed the thoughtful, homey touches.
