A renovated Tudor style home in Hatton Fields area. The home is very convenient to grocery stores that include Lucky, BevMo, Safeway, CVS Pharmacy. Very close to Barnyard shopping center and Crossroads shopping center. Also extremely convenient to Carmel by the Sea, Carmel Mission and Carmel beach. The home includes 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and room for parking up to 4 cars. Back deck and fire pit and bbq all available. No pets, parties or events. Security camera on outside of house.

Magical golf experience in Carmel by the Sea

House worked out great for our group of 4 golfers, great kitchen and back deck area, super comfortable beds & bathroom configuration was just what we needed. Ray was very responsive as needed. Well stocked kitchen for cooking & grilling as well. Hoot owls out on the back deck at night was fun for us too!!

Beautiful House

The house was so pretty and rooms were spacious. The outdoor heater and patio were nice. We walked to the village which is pretty far but very doable if you enjoy walking. Nice stay and super comfortable mattress upstairs master! Love Carmel!

This house was a 10/10

We had a girls weekend at this house and our stay could not have been better. The house was nice and comfortable and beautiful. The house was the right amount of "lived in" so that there were supplies we needed like kitchen utensils, olive oil, warm blankets, games, etc. but also like a professional rental house. The hosts were communicative and easygoing. Overall, would absolutely stay here again. Would be good for a friends weekend or a getaway with extended family. The rooms are quite big and nice bathrooms.

NPS Graduation Gathering

Our family had a wonderful weekend staying at this property. The only complaint is that there is not enough light in the dining room. Everything else was perfect. We would stay there again. It was a happy celebration & our accommodations helped to make it even better.

Wonderful stay - Played Pebble

We had an awesome time. The house was charming and in a quiet charming neighbrohood. It is not super easily walkable to downtown or the water/beaches, but we had no trouble finding parking. We also got lucky and scored a tee time at Pebble Beach. Truly a wonderful place to stay to enjoy Carmel. Hosts were also wonderful and super responsive, though we didn't really have any needs that needed to be addressed. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay

The pictures do not do this home justice it is beautiful. We were pleasantly surprised walking into this home. Please of space for a family to enjoy the space and explore the area. We cooked one meal at home and the kitchen supplies were perfect. The location is quiet and nice. They even have beach supplies for a beach excursion. All the beds were comfortable and the home was clean. We will definitely stay here again and appreciate the management as they were attentive to our needs. If your thinking of booking this property think no more it is wonderful!!!

Wonderful Property

Had a wonderful weekend stay at the property. The check in process was quick, and the hosts were kind and easy to communicate with via text. The home was very clean upon arrival, the bathrooms were all updated, and it comfortably slept 8. The kitchen has everything you need. Nice touch was the fresh cut flowers in the kitchen. The location is great. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, and you are 5-10min away from grocery stores, coffee shops, gas stations, downtown, and Point Lobos State Reserve. Easy drive to get into Big Sur. Would stay here again in the future.

Beautiful property & lovely stay

The property was perfect for our ladies weekend. It truly felt like home. Upon arrival, there were fresh cut flowers throughout the home and it was extremely clean and spacious. They had all the amenities of home and then some! We had everything we needed to have a truly enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Thank you!!

Unfortunate Circumstance

The property seemed nice, it was difficult to assess as the electricity was out the entire weekend. At the end I asked for a partial refund, not that the power outage was the fault of the owner (Yes, some of the other reunion attendees were staying places with generators) but the fact was that we had no way to do anything except huddle quickly in bed. We could not cook, hang out, use our computers or phones. This seemed like it warranted a partial recompense. When I asked, the owners did not even respond.

Perfectly Charming

From the moment we walked in, we fell hard for Hatton Fields. What a beautiful cottage with a lovely back garden and deck. Comfortably & beautiful furnished, the house had everything we needed. We didn't cook much, but had we needed to, the kitchen had everything we could have asked for (except a teapot.... but the microwave sufficed). The owners were quick to get back to us within any questions we had. Perfect location to get into town quickly and my mother was filled with so many memories from growing up there during the war years. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!
