Spacious 3 Bedroom/ 2 Bath unit in low-density complex is located in the heart of Gulf offers Gulf & Little Lagoon Views!! This unit is located on the 1st floor, just above parking, and requires 1 flight of stairs for entry. The large balcony, with seating, is accessible from the Living Room and Primary Bedroom.

The Living Room offers a Sleeper Sofa with Love Seat, an Over-sized Chair, and a television. Adjacent to the Living Area is the open Kitchen and Dining. The Kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a home cooked meal, or a snack on the way to the beach. The Dining Area has seating for 6 with three additional bar stools located at the adjacent bar.

The Primary Bedroom has a King size bed with ample closet space and a television. The private Primary Bath has a standing shower, garden tub, single vanity with plenty of cabinet space, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay.

Guest Bedroom 1 offers Queen bedding and Guest Bedroom 3, or Kids Nook, offers a Bunk Bed (Twin over Full), and a television. Both Guest Bedrooms share a Guest Bath with tub/ shower combo, single vanity, and is fully stocked with linens for your stay. A stack washer/dryer is featured in the guest bathroom closet for convenience of use during your stay.
Spinnaker Pointe complex offers a communal pool with loungers and chairs for owners and guests and a small grilling area that is first come, first serve.
Although Spinnaker Pointe is located just across the street from the beach, there is no beach access directly across the street. Access to the beach is located to the east approximately 2 blocks and is a public access with a crosswalk, parking if you decide to drive, and public restrooms.

Area Attractions close by are: Waterville USA, miniature golf, Ft. Morgan, Tanger Outlet Mall, and Pinnacle Shopping Centre. Also close by are exclusive golf courses.

Spinnaker Pointe is centrally located between Mobile and Pensacola. Biloxi, MS Casinos are only two hours away!

PARKING: Each unit offers covered parking for 2 midsized vehicles. Be sure to park in the correct space designated for your unit. Please refrain from parking in another units designated space, on the grass or street or your vehicle could be towed.

PETS: This is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site may result in fines or possible eviction.

*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, , to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee.
