Beautiful view- filthy condo

I had to spend 3 hours upon arrival cleaning. The plates, silverware and glassware were in the cupboards dirty and greasy with food chunks all over them. The tile floor was black in spots like it had never been washed. The bathroom was disgusting- toilet covered in poop. The shower head was completely covered in black mold.the The sink did not drain. We actually had to replace the shower head- no way was I showering in such filth. The bureau in the bedroom was covered in spilled soda. On the 5th day the pool bathrooms were shut down. The elevator was also out of service ( which we were notified 15 days prior to our trip)- so being on the 5th floor made for quite a trip up and down the stairs. The only saving grace was the view.

Nice location

Very nice property and Bob was great with communication, met us at the property and showed us around and where things are and the gate code for the pool area & access to the beach. Enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

fall break

The property was very nice and clean. The view was fantastic! Robert was very easy to get a hold of and flexible with our arriving time. We are complete beach fanatics so it would have been nice to have some good beach chairs to use. We are on the beach the entire time! There were regular lawn chairs available but that is not as comfortable. The other issue for us was the lack of restaurants within walking distance. There were many not far away for a car ride, but we prefer to walk. All in all though it was a great week long get away!!

Great vacation

Just returned from a week's stay at this location and it was amazing. Pictures of property are spot on. The lawn chairs in the condo were perfect for taking to the beach for sunsets. We also greatly appreciated having a float, pool noodles, and small cooler, so we didnt have to go purchase them. Water was warm, sunsets spectacular. We saw dolphins most days and a manatee swam within 15 feet of us on our last day there. Truly a great vacation, and we hope to go back to this same location next year.

Most amazing view!

The condo was neat and clean. Kitchen had everything we could have needed. The balcony had a table and chairs and we drank our morning coffee out there. The complex was quiet.

Nice place

Comfortable setting and quiet. Nice condo and well stocked with kitchen utensils & everything you need for your stay. Comfortable indoor furniture although with the outdoor furniture I would recommend he buy taller chairs to be able to comfortably see the ocean and the ice maker doesn’t work. I would still highly recommend this unit & the owner was very nice.

Summer Vacation in Florida

Relaxing Getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation in Indian Shores! The place was clean and the view of the ocean from the living room was breathtaking. We spent a majority of our mornings and evenings on the balcony taking in the view. Robert was a wonderful host who made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to those looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway that is just a few steps away from the beach!

Relaxing Stay

We loved the location and the amenities at this condo. It was very clean, communication with the owner was excellent, and we appreciated all the well-thought-out amenities that were provided. I am a tea-drinker, so I appreciated the Breville kettle, while my husband appreciated the coffee pot. We both have bad knees, so we appreciated the grab-bars in the bathroom. The recliner and the chair with the ottoman made the living room time very comfortable. The location and view can't be beat. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for breakfast and to watch sunsets. It is close to lots of restaurants, but still on a quieter part of the beach, which suits us well. We will probably try to come back here in the future.

Needs a few updates

Yes, the View is Amazing! But the sheets are pilled, we turned it inside out. Carpet and bathroom grout is dirty. Chairs are uncomfortable in living area. There aren’t any amenities as far as coffee filters, enough garbage bags, baggies or saran wrap. Blender was very leaky, not fixable. No Beach towels! Other than that the beach and pool are wonderful.

Enjoyable Vacation

This was our 2nd time in Indian Shores and first time renting with Robert's condo. Robert greeted us at the condo when we arrived and explained the policy's. The condo was clean, the king size bed was very comfortable. The walk in closet had enough hangers, beach chairs, umbrella etc. Kitchen had enough utensils and dishes for basic cooking. The grill on the premises was pretty used, but still worked. We had a couple of meals that my husband used the grill for. We had a very enjoyable stay, and the weather was wonderful. The only complication we had was we couldn't get Netflix to work on the T.V. Could have called Robert, but it wasn't that important. Thank you again Robert for the use of the Condo. Hope to be back next year!

Perfect Beach Spot

My wife and I are retired and have been going to beach vacays our entire time together of 50+ years. This condo was perfect for the 2 of us and is exactly as described on the listing. Very spacious one bedroom right on the beach with beautiful ocean/beach/sunset views and perfectly located in Indian Shores. Our host Robert was great! Will be back again.

My wife and I manage the unit , no rental agent or a third party. We live 2.5 miles from the building and we ensure the unit is in a perfect condition at all times. We
can respond very quickly to situation that may arise.

Why they chose this property

I have never seen a one bedroom condo on the beach anywhere close to the size of this one --- almost 1000
Sq feet.

What makes this property unique

Top Floor unit , modern furniture, free long distance, and free high speed internet.

This is the one and only building on the beach that is composed of 45 one bedroom condos . NO two or three bedroom unit. As a consequence , the building does not
attract families with children. The result is uniquely quite
building.
