Two night minimum all year long.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband, daughter and I decided kind of last minute to head to Atlantic Beach for a long weekend. We didn't expect to find this hidden gem!! Bogue Shores has a very local "Mom & Pop" feel to it-no frills, just bare bones basic goodness at the beach!! Our booking through Realty World was effortless and exceptional (Thanks to Mardi- She's a fabulous booking agent- great experience)! The beach access is conveniently across the street- very easy to get to! The sound side is very scenic especially while watching it rain from the gazebo- great place to sip coffee or cocktails! Due to the weather we didn't get to grill but will next time- clean and plenty of picnic tables. The best feature is they have a 9 ft deep pool!! We got to dive!! Since we didn't stay 5+ nights we had to bring our own linens and things but but for me it gave a little more "homey" feel to have our own stuff. Kitchen was clean- bring some of your kitchen comforts if you're a foodie. There's a Dollar Tree and Food Lion just up the street if you forget anything- again convenient! We will definitely be back!!

Quick trip
We stayed with out 2 sons for a quick weekend away. The pool is nice as well as the back grass area and dock. Live the location. The only thing I would change is to update the mattress on the bed and pull out couch!

Perfectly located efficiency
The best thing about this property was that it was steps from the sound, steps from the beach, and steps from the pool. We also rode our bikes in both directions and there were plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to do. The room itself wasn't anything fancy, but had everything we needed and was very clean.

Also a review that said mattress was terribly uncomfortable. The realty team was outstanding and the room was clean. Door handle need to be repaired or replace. As u must try numerous times to get it to lick.

Thought it would be better
The air conditioner was not cool enough, the mattress on the pull out sofa was worn out, very thin. I wasn’t impressed with the bathroom, very small, the sink was in between the toilet and shower, very awkward position trying to brush your teeth. For the price and not being on the beach I think I’ve found better deals being oceanfront. The place was clean, just not what I expected by the pictures, it looked bigger than what it was.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I worked while there and overall everything was ok. Could have been quieter,the unit next door, #210 I think,had kids and adults who came weekends and some week days and were very loud,running and shouting in and out slamming doors,knocking on walls inside and even adults would stand outside the room and yell down into the parking lot. The room could use work,shower head barely sprays toilet handle and flush apparatus inside tank needs replacing and there is not even a bowl to make salad in provided in the kitchenette,windows could use dark tint or heavy curtains to help with the sun and heat off the windows. Don't want to sound full of complaints but I think the aforementioned would make any stay much better,the price was too much for the unit. And don't feel I should have been responsible for completely cleaning it for the next guest,I don't mind leaving it in a clean condition but don't think I should have to do all preparation for the next guest,i.e.dustung,mopping etc. There wasn't even a broom,dust pan or mop provided,I bought these items and left them in the unit when I left.
