Steps to the beach! This spacious home in the North end of Avalon offers 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The Master Bedroom on third floor offers nice ocean views. This is a very short distance to beach and recreational facilities. The layout is as follows: On the first floor you find a lounge with television and two bedrooms each with twin beds for a total of 4 single beds. On the second floor, you will find the great room with large area for dining and cooking. On this level there are also two more bedrooms, one bedroom with a double and another with 2 twin beds. And on the third floor, there is a Master bedroom with queen bed and a full private bath. The Gas grill is in the garage for outside grilling. This is an older home with lived in charm.
