This 5 bedroom, 2 bath shady Victorian lady blends yesterday with today! Located in Avalon's beachblock, the house was renovated and expanded in 2005, and it now includes an updated kitchen and AC. However, tenants should be aware that this is not a pristine, modern house. The owners' family have enjoyed the house for four generations! Enjoy relaxing on the screened porch surrounded by trees, or take a short walk down the block to the beach. Just several blocks in the other direction is Avalon's business district, complete with shopping and restaurants. The bedding arrangements are as follows: Queen bed and single bed on first floor with full bathroom; king bed, queen bed, two single beds on second floor with full bath; three single beds in dormitory room on third floor (no bathroom). An enclosed outdoor shower is located next to back kitchen porch.
