Second floor features 2 ample size bedrooms (1 bedroom with queen size bed, 1 bedroom with 2 queen size beds) and generous size closets for storage and hall bath. The center of Avalon is a short 4 to 5 block walk away. Property accommodates 10 people. Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
