You`ll LOVE being in the heart of Little Italy and so you can experience this chic, pedestrian- friendly neighborhood, packed with trendy cocktail bars and amazing restaurants with bustling patios. You`ll also find upscale clothing boutiques, pubs and breweries, and active piazzas!

This stunning loft is minimalistic in design yet comfortably appointed allowing you to relax and enjoy the incredible view! In bed, you’ll be surrounded by an array of floor to ceiling large windows that overlook Little Italy! As you enter the living space downstairs, you`ll see the couch/sofa-sleeper space with your very own smart TV so you never miss your favorite shows! Unwind on your large bed which overlooks the city! You’ll love relaxing in this spacious apartment after a long day of taking in the magic of San Diego!

Please note this unit is located near the airport, however, noise should not be an issue at all.

Right across the street, you`ll find an array of fantastic restaurants and bars! You`re also a hop and a skip away from our beautiful marina! You don`t want to miss the Little Italy Mercato Farmers Market every Saturday which draws crowds to enjoy its wide variety of produce, gourmet food and craft products. Little Italy truly has something for everyone and is especially kid-friendly and dog-friendly so bring them along!

Comfy Little Italy Spot
Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Pros: The location was perfection. The view, especially from the loft area, was perfect. Little Italy is so special to me and my family this place was wonderful. Coms: The parking situation was a bit odd, but manageable. We were grateful to not need to hunt for parking and to not pay $45/night like you would at a hotel. The property itself could use a bit of updating and some TLC. Tiny holes in the drywall could be patched, a good cleaning or replacement of the stairway carpet would be great. It was a little dated compared to many of my other VRBO stays, but still a place to revisit.

Great location otherwise horrible experience
Got a frantic call from the manager to file paperwork after we had already spent the first night or she would call security and have our personal belongings confiscated! I had called the San Diego realtor on the drive in and was told everything was all set. Worse yet I told we in line for a ferry and could talk about it later, only to be threatened again. The place was dirty with disgusting carpet from people walking on bare concrete floors. Would never stay there again

Great Location!!
We are incredibly happy that we stayed in Little Italy. The check in process for the VRBO was fairly easy, same with the parking with the car. The apartment seemed a little dusty, and it’s not as “homey” as it could have been. The view each morning was amazing! This place is walkable to so many great restaurants, bars and coffee shops!

DISAPPOINTING
This loft has potential but owners only seem interested in making money and did not seem to care about putting any time or effort into making the place have character or pleasant atmosphere (AMBIANCE). Very stark; didn't look like photos.The stairway when entering was very soiled. The Sofa bed was uncomfortable and had stains. The bed linens looked and felt like they were from a thrift store. Bath towels, etc. the same. Throw pillows were bad too. No curtains on downstairs windows, which were big. No chairs to sit on except wood stools. There should have been a rug in entrance way and kitchen for color and ambiance. The floors were concrete (nice) but definitely needed some throw rugs. Because of all the wall space, (high ceilings) the walls could have used some type of decor. Upstairs, the bed was ok. Should have had a nice rug there plus a chest of drawers. There was only a clothing rack to hang clothes on so we lived out of our suitcases. As I said, this place has potential if these issues are addressed. There was a lot of construction going on every day, even weekends, but being in Little Italy was definitely an asset. It was walking distance to great restaurants and activities. The owners/managers were easily available to talk with, but obviously there was nothing they could do to assist with the issues we had. Just hope they address the living situation to make it comfortable and enjoyable for next guests.(AMBIANCE! AMBIANCE! AMBIANCE!!) We were on the go and busy most of the time, but it would have been nice to be able to enjoy just sitting and watching TV or eating in.
