IMPORTANT: Guest must pay a 1-time fee of $85 upon arrival for parking permit and wristbands.
Registered guest occupying the condo must be 21 or older.
Registered guest must complete the rental agreement which requires a credit/debit card be placed on file to protect the condo against damages.
No pets. The property is allergy-free due to the owner being highly allergic to dog hair, dander, feathers and the like. This poses a severe health hazard to host and therefore there are no exceptions to this rule. You will not be allowed to check in, and your reservation will be canceled. $500 fine will immediately apply to clean unit of pet odors, stains, etc. and immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent will occur if a pet is found in the unit.
No smoking.
Other things to note
Please remember you are staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat our space with respect. If you do run into an issue we will do our best to make it right ASAP, but there is no one living on the property.
With Covid19 affecting many people we are continuing to follow our cancelation policy. As long as Florida does not place any mandated restrictions we will be up and running as normal. We are following Covid safety guidelines and enhanced cleaning to ensure your safety during your stay. The risk of last minute cancellations will be the responsibility of the guest.
