MAison new 5 minutes from Saint Florent and its beaches, consists of a large living room with fully equipped American kitchen. The living room opens onto a covered terrace with its swimming pool from April to October and a beautiful open view of the mountains. The house has 1 bedroom on the ground floor + bathroom-WC, 2 bedrooms upstairs with 1 bathroom + separate toilet
The plot is completely fenced with 1 parking space for 2 cars and a garden surrounding the swimming pool equipped with deckchairs and deckchairs.
On the terrace there is a large table, as well as a plancha for your grills.

Schönes Haus nahe St. Florent

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Einrichtung ist funktional und angenehm. Die Küche vollständig. Bäder und Schlafzimmer komplett. Die Gastgeberin war immer verfügbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Wirklich toll. Die Genauigkeit des Inserates war nicht 100 %. Einige Möbelstücke wurden in der Zwischenzeit ausgetauscht, ohne die Fotos zu ändern.

Magnifique villa !

Magnifique villa bien située à quelques minutes de St Florent, parfaitement propre et très bien équipée. La piscine chauffée est agréable. Très bon accueil de Pascale. Tout est parfait !

Lovely villa with pool

A wonderful quiet villa, perfectly situated a few mins from St Florent with stunning views and a lovely restaurant across the road. Pascale was so helpful especially liaising with the BMW garage in Bastia for a speedy repair. Would book again

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique : les visites conseillées par Pascale sont inoubliables. L'île de beauté porte bien son nom. Un grand merci à Pascale pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.La maison a tout le confort pour être comme chez soi. La plage est à 5 min, les restaurants et commerces également. Les enfants ont adoré....les parents aussi.

Vacanza perfetta

Come da annuncio e ancor di più. Proprietaria super disponibile e la casa completamente attrezzata per i bambini… due seggioloni, due lettini, cancelletto per le scale, riduttore del wc, tapparella di sicurezza in piscina, giochi per la sabbia e la piscina, rialzo per l’auto, mixer per le pappe dei bimbi piccoli… davvero organizzatissima così da poter partire con il minimo indispensabile malgrado due bimbi piccoli! Situata in zona tranquillissima, in 3 minuti di auto si arriva al supermercato e in 5 min alla spiaggia… a mio modo di vedere, luogo idilliaco per una vacanza in famiglia e in totale relax.

Magnifique séjour à Saint Florent

Nous avons passé 15 jours idylliques dans cette villa. Un super accueil de Pacale et Lionel, pleins de petites attentions. Villa au calme avec tout confort piscine chauffée serviettes fournies, très belle vue sans vis à vis. Tout est très bien agencé et pratique. La situation près de saint Florent permet de visiter la Haute-Corse, avec un littoral préservé, de très belles plages. Si vous souhaitez aller sur le secteur, réserver sans hésiter chez Pascale et Lionel.

wunderbarer Urlaub in Orletta

Wir waren 14 Tage in Korsika. Wir können das Mietobjekt nur empfehlen. Traumhafte Aussicht, schöner Pool. Einrichtung und Austattung perfekt. Kleine Bäckerei in 2 min Entfernung fußläufig zu erreichen. Supermarkt in 5 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Vermieterin sehr nett und bemüht.

Magnifique séjour à St.Florent

Nos (2 adults, 2 adons) avons passé un magnifique séjour dans la maison de Pascal. Nous sommes venu de la Suisse. La maison est très bien equipée et comfortable. La quartier est très calme et la vue sur la campagne course est très agréable. Pascale a explique la maison et la region très bien et charmante. Nous recammandons cette locasion rien á redire. Maginifique séjour à St Florent

Nos (famile 2 adultes et 2 ados) avons passé un magnifique séjour dans la maison de Pascale. La maison est très bien équipée et confortable : climatisation dans les chambres et petite piscine impeccable. Le quartier est très calme et la vue sur la campagne corse très agréable. La maison est à 5 min en voiture du centre de St Florent et le super marché juste à coté permet d’éviter le trafic! Nous recommandons cette location rien à redire! Les photos de l’annonce sont fidèles à la réalité!

A relaxing stay in high quality villa with wonderful views

We had a relaxing 2 week stay at the beautiful villa, as a family of 4 including 2 teenagers. The villa is well located , only 30 minutes drive from Bastia airport & only 5 minute drive from the picturesque coastal village of St. Florent. It’s also only 3 min drive to Leclerc supermarket & great bakery/ patisserie. There’s also a handy pizzeria restaurant La Cigale, 2 minutes walk from villa. Our host Pascale gave us a great welcome & has thought of everything that you will need during your stay. The modern villa is new & well laid out with effective air conditioning throughout. There are 3 good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds & 2 shower rooms, one en-suite in main bedroom on ground floor. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge/ freezer & even includes a waffle maker. The covered patio is a lovely place to sit & eat your meals using the electric plancha grill. There are plenty of places to sit in shade or sunbathe in garden by the pool with unspoilt views of surrounding hills. We spent lot of our time relaxing by the pool. Pascale was very helpful throughout our visit, helping us with recommendations for day trips & restaurants. You can reach the local beach La Roya at St. Florent within a few minutes by car. You can also take boats to reach other beaches further along the coast. Saleccia beach is great near the Agriates desert. You can hire 4x4 to cross the desert. The villa was a great base to explore the northern part of the island & also to relax by the pool.

joliment décorée, très propre et très bien équipée. A 2 pas de St Florent et de la plage, et du super marché. Pascale Antonini est vraiment très charmante et prends soin de ses locataires. A louer les yeux fermés.

Super location au calme et proche de la mer!

Nous avons passé 15 jours super dans cette maison très agréable avec une très belle vue sur la montagne et avons pu profiter de superbes couchers de soleil! La piscine pour se rafraichir est aussi un plus. L'emplacement est idéal, la proximité du Leclerc sans avoir à traverser Saint-Florent est top! Sans oublier les propriétaires charmants qui sont toujours à votre écoute. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

The perfect getaway

We had the most fabulous stay at Pascale's. The house was perfect for our party with adult, teen and our dog's needs catered for. Pascale was there to guide us in, welcome us and offer us advice on what to do and see. The house was spotless and so comfortable and elegant and the pool provided the perfect cool-down. The location is private but still near amenities and a short drive to lovely Saint Florent with it's bustling culture and restaurants. There are some truly spectacular beaches in the area, some accessible only by boat which keeps them unspoilt and undeveloped (we visited Lotu which is the nearest). We visited in Aug mid European heat wave so we were lazy but there is a wealth of hiking trails nearby if you visited when temperatures were lower. Couldn't recommend this beautiful property in this beautiful area more. The Cryer Family

Great house, great location, great owner...what else could you want!

Some friends and I rented this house for a 5-day visit to Corsica. The owner was very nice, very responsive, and very helpful with information. The house had a great location with gorgeous views, and it was well appointed, modern, and very comfortable. Great WiFI, quality linens, comfortable beds, and so forth. I would highly recommend this property!

Ein wirklich tolles Ferienhaus !

Unsere Gastgeberin Pascale hat uns sehr herzlich begrüsst und uns Ihr wunderschönes Haus gezeigt. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses und die geschmackvolle Einrichtung waren sehr überzeugend und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Kommunikation auf englisch war supi! Unsere Hündin konnte sich um das ganze Haus bewegen da es eingezäunt war. Wir haben den Garten (der nicht einsehbar ist) und den Pool sehr genossen. Die Umgebung und auch Saint Florenz sind malerisch, die korsische Küche war für uns ein Gaumenschmaus. Cap Corse ist in wenigen Min. zu erreichen und die wilden Badebuchten waren für uns als Hundebesitzer toll. Wir bedanken und bei Pascale für den erholsamen Aufenthalt mit herzlichen Grüssen nach Korsika Bettina, Roland und Cyrill mit Lima

Tolles Ferienhaus!

Pascale begrüßte uns herzlich in ihrem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Sie gab uns Insider-Tips für unseren Urlaub und überraschte uns mit Korsischen Leckereien. Das Haus ist neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Von der Terasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und nicht einsehbar. Supermarkt und Gaststätten sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ein rundum tolles Ferienhaus.
