First floor features 4 bedrooms one with queen bed and private deck, one with a full bed and they share a Jack and Jill bathroom. Third bedroom has a pyramid bunk (twin over full). Fourth bedroom has a full bed and a private deck. There is also a full bathroom located at end of hallway. Second floor features the "Great Room" which is made up of the dining area, kitchen, powder room and living room with a furnished deck off of that you can watch Beautiful sunsets. Added bonus on the second floor is the primary ensuite with a king bed and private furnished deck. TVs are a mix of cable and streaming. Location is just a short walk to the 55th street beach with ramp access!
