About this property

This new home is located on a quiet street with beautiful views. It is just minutes to Zion's National park, hiking/biking trails, Sand Hollow, Tuacahn and much more. This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It sleeps 8 guests. Master bedroom has a california king bed, another room has a king bed, the other rooms each have a queen. (4 bedrooms with a bed in each - 2 queen and 2 king)
We also have a grill out back and a lawn for the kids to play around while you prepare for your adventures.

A new Bullfrog spa is included for relaxing after the hikes in Zion or St. George

We also have corn hole and spike ball available in the garage.

The kitchen has crock pot, rice cooker, griddle, toaster, waffle iron, air fryer and other items so if you enjoy cooking with the family you are set. Grocery store is only a few minutes away. We have a few restaurant suggestions in the book at the home.

Each bathroom has a blow dryer.

Check in is 4 pm. Check out is 10:30 am. We allow at least 4 hours for the housekeeper to clean before the next guest.

There is a ring camera on the front door. Blink cameras on the front, rear and side to monitor security and landscape. No cameras look inside the home. There is an alarm system and it does detect movement in the common area of the home, but is disabled during your stay to not alarm.

Level 2 EV charger in the garage. No charge for guests.

There are 4 beds that can sleep 8.

We do have a portacrib for an infant as well as a high chair or booster. Games for the kids as well.

Vaca in La Verkin

Everything as listed....plenty of space for family/friends. Hot tub a plus after a day of hiking the Zion area and surroundings. Would stay again if the in the area

Perfect home base for spring break

This was such a cozy, easy, full-of-amenities place to stay! Waffles for breakfast were a surprise and treat as we got in late our first night, and the hot tub was perfect after hiking all day. These hosts were one step ahead and provided lots of extras (games, a cooler, baggies for hiking food, shower products and more) and gave great local recommendations. We had a wonderful stay!

Great house in very convenient location for hiking Zion

This was a perfect home base for our week of hiking in Zion. The red couch is just as comfortable as it looks, and my son loved the waffle bar. The owner was very responsive. Highly recommend this lovely home.

Great place to enjoy the area

We had an amazing stay here. Eddie kept in touch the whole time. As we got closer he recommended different hikes for Zion and we followed his suggestions. The house was perfect. Didn’t get to use the hot tub but that was due to weather. Otherwise we would have enjoyed it after hiking all day. If you are driving from Vegas we def recommend a side trip to The Valley of Fire State Park. It is totally worth the extra time. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for everything!

Great Stay With All the Amenties!

The hosts of this single-level home thought of everything: chargers next to beds, nice linens, comfy mattresses, clean hot tub, games, full kitchen. Great location for us as we wanted to get away from the crowds but still be able to get to Zion with ease.

Beautiful home with lots of space for all ages

This home was amazing, we were in town for a UTV event, close to local eateries & shopping. The hot tub was great after a long day out riding. Owners were great to take care of all our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

We will be back!

This was the perfect place for us to stay. 6 adults, 2 3-yr olds, and 2 1-yr olds. We had everything we needed for our young twins, and entertainment for the 3, almost 4-yr olds. 2 porta cribs were available, and fit in the bunk bed room easily, so the kids could all be in one room, and parents could have their own space. Family and friends all stayed in the home comfortably. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking at home. Next time we come to the area, we will stay here again!

House was exactly as listed. It had beautiful views all around. The windows had full height curtains on the bedroom windows which was great. The hot tub was a 10/10 and had a great washer/dryer. We would definitely book this house again when in the area next.

Tremendous!

My family, which includes myself and my wife and our two daughters (5 and 2), along with my mother in law had an amazing week in Southern Utah while staying here. The location is SO great. We hit up the North Rim, Bryce Canyon, Dixie Natl Forest, Kolob Canyon and had three days in Zion itself. The location made it all possible as we had to avoid hiking in the heat of the day. Pretty close to everything meant we were hitting the trails early and overall got in over 30 miles of hiking. The drive into Zion is beautiful with the morning sunrise. About 25 minutes. The house itself is large and airy, great windows and lighting. The walled in backyard adds a lot of privacy. Beds were pretty good, we slept just fine. Master bedroom suite is huge. The big red couch is amazing though, very comfy and spacious. The house could easily cater to 3 couples and 4 kids. The house provided everything we would need and then some. There was a cooler we took out each day which was super convenient. We bought some reusable ice packs for it and left those behind of course for future guests. Everything was easy to find and the internet was just fine. Had a great week, zero complaints to note.

Perfect house

Joey’s place was the ideal house for our two families (4 teenagers, 4 adults) to spend a few days exploring Zion and Bryce during the day, and relaxing in the evening. The kitchen was well stocked, the entire house was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The sectional was huge and everyone could fit comfortably and watch a movie together. The kids enjoyed the backyard and hot tub. The day we checked in, the VRBO app crashed and Eddie, the host, reached out very quickly to ensure we were able to check in without issue. This was by far one of the coziest and most well appointed house we have stayed in. Highly recommend!

Fantastic home and location

First trip out west

It was a delight to stay at this home in the mountains. The home was so comfortable and so many extras. Spikeball, cornhole, dvds, waffle bar etc. The location was perfect for us with easy access to the parks and vegas. And a hot tub was a must.

Perfect social distancing vacation location!

Everything was as described and more. Loved the waffle bar, hot tub, huge king size beds! Close to Zion & Bryce for day trips. Quiet neighborhood. Being out of towners we weren’t expecting the Utah alcohol restrictions. Bring your wine from home! We had a great time. We would definitely stay again.

The property was excellent. Very clean and orderly. Great location for many destinations. We had a little issue with the breakers while we were there but the owners responded. The only drawback was there are only 2 bathrooms so it’s a challenge for a large group.

Close to Zions--great owner

This is an ideal home for family visiting Zions and locations in area, owner very friendly, and house is new and well equipped with great beds, all the cooking items needed. One of the best VRBO's I have stayed in.

We stayed in this home while visiting the southern Utah area. We loved it and bought it from the great couple who owned it. They ran a nightly rental out of it and we are doing the same thing. Our family loves the home - we go down about monthly to play. Eddie does Angels landing every year at least once and also the subway 1x per year.
You'll love the home and the area.

Beautiful home built in 2017. We love the home and location and believe you will too. The house is in a great neighborhood and only 10-30 minutes to a lot of fun places. You'll never run out of outdoor things to do in southern Utah. The home is beautiful and includes a new Bullfrog hot tub.
