Bright and comfortable apartment near the historic center

Bright, spacious and very quiet accommodation located on the ground floor of a small building.

- Large, super comfortable bed.
- Super equipped kitchen.
- The bedroom and the living room offer a view of the large garden.

Great hosts, great stay

The property is clean and spacious, the beds are perfect with quality non-allergenic sheets. About 15 min (easy) walking from the historic center with private parking. Frederic, our host, was courteous and helpful with a fine sense of humor. The neighborhood bakery ensured fresh bread every morning. Colmar, surrounding places, and the Alsace are beautiful. In summary - we had a wonderful time and recommend Cathy's and Frederic's place.

Bienvenue

Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und vor allem das Bett sehr bequem. Die Nächte waren ruhig. Die Gastgeber, ebenso wie die 2 Hühner sind sehr freundlich. Zu Fuß ist die Innenstadt in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Appartement ist ruhig, sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit einer sehr schönen Küche. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Es gibt einen wunderschönen Ausblick in den Garten, in dem man bei gutem Wetter auch sitzen kann. Der Fußweg in die Altstadt ist ca. 15 Minuten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Remarquable gite par sa situation au grand calme, son parking privé, ses équipements modernes…

… et parfaitement adaptés aux besoins (rien ne manque), sa proximité du centre ancien à 15mn à pied, les informations utiles rassemblées dans un classeur réalisé par les propriétaires. La discrétion des propriétaires est à noter. Nous recommandons sans aucune réserve ce gite très agréable.

Elsässische Lebensart pur

Schönes Ambiente mit liebevollem Garten und vielen Plätzen zum verweilen. Zuvorkommende Gastgeber, man fühlte sich von Anfang an gut aufgehoben. Nur 1 km bis zum schönem Zentrum von Colmar.

Schöne Fewo

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung von Cathy und Frederik sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie waren sehr angenehme Vermieter, die auch im Haus wohnen. Wir wurden freundlich in Empfang genommen. Frederik hat uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurantbesuche und Weinkauf gegeben. Den großen Garten konnte wir mit benutzen. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und die Betten sind bequem. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in einer Garage unterstellen und das Auto hatte einen Stellplatz im abgeschlossenen Innenhof. Diese Ferienwohnung ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns in Colmar und in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung (Geschirr, Handtücher etc.) ist mehr als ausreichend. Die Gastgeber haben uns zu Beginn unseres Aufenthalts viele Tipps für die Gestaltung unseres Urlaubs gegeben (Restaurants, Ausflüge und so weiter). Wir haben einiges davon gemacht und sind nicht enttäuscht worden. Vielen Dank an Cathy und Frederic für den sehr schönen Urlaub in Colmar. Wir werden euch weiter empfehlen

Everything about this apartment was excellent from the convenient but peaceful location (with on site parking) to the clean, fully equipped and comfortably furnished interior. Cathy & Frederic provide a warm welcome with info on the town, activities & restaurants. Highly recommended!

klasse Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, zentrumsnah in Colmar. Das Auto parkt man entspannt auf dem Grundstück, bis ins Zentrum von Colmar geht man etwa 15 Minuten. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es 2 Bäckereien am Samstag findet rund um die Kirche ein Wochenmarkt statt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet. Die Besitzer wohnen im gleichen Haus und sind immer ansprechbar. Fragen kommen aber, aufgrund des perfekt ausgearbeiteten Informationsmateriales, eigentlich nicht auf. Uns hat der Aufenthalt dort sehr gefallen.

Colmar zu Fuß

Lichte und große Ferienwohnung, Altstadt und Museen gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr gute Tipps von den Eigentümern. Colmar ist immer eine Reise wert.

Sfeervol en verzorgd appartement

Wat een heerlijke plek om te verblijven, ruim voor 2 personen, het was brandschoon, en van alle gemakken voorzien. De tuin was ook een pluspunt. Er was veel zorg besteed aan de gezellige inrichting, geheel in stijl van het jaargetijde. Een heerlijk ruim en goed bed. De keuken is compleet ingericht. Met de fiets ben je in een paar minuten in de mooie stad Colmar, die nog best druk bezocht werd in oktober. De communicatie met de eigenaren was prettig, ze hebben tips voor Colmar en omgeving.

Appartement très agréable donnant sur le jardin qui apporte beaucoup de fraîcheur. Très bonne literie. Emplacement parfait pour les visites de Colmar et ses environs. Cathy et Frédéric Sont de bons conseils pour les visites et randonnées. Nous recommandons !

Sehr nette Vermieter und liebevoll gestaltete und eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage im wunderschönen Colmar verbracht. Die Vermieter Cathy und Frédéric waren sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Frédéric spricht sehr gut deutsch, was uns bei der Verständigung sehr hilfreich war. Er hat uns viele Tipps und Empfehlungen für die Ausflüge gegeben. Wir haben für alle unsere Anliegen eine Lösung gefunden - Vielen Dank noch mal! Die Wohnung liegt wirklich ausgesprochen ruhig, unweit des historischen Zentrums, welches man in etwa 10-15 min Fußweg schnell erreicht. Noch schneller gehts mit dem Rad. Man ist für den abendlichen Restaurantbesuch also nicht auf das Auto angewiesen und kann die touristischen und kulinarischen Angebote in vollen Zügen genießen. Zum Haus gehört auch ein toller großer naturbelassener Garten mit üppigen Grün. Wir haben dort wirklich herrlich und ungestört Früchstücken können. Kaum zu glauben, dass wir eigentlich mitten in der Stadt waren: Natur pur! Unsere geliehenen Fahrräder konnten wir ruhigen Gewissens auf dem Grundstück oder der Garage unterstellen. Für Fahrradfahrer ist die Gegend sowieso ein guter Tip - es gibt viel Radwege und die Autofahrer nehmen viel Rücksicht. Meine Empfehlung: Klären Sie Ihre Fragen über das Portal vorab mit Cathy oder Frédéric, das macht beide Seiten zufriedener und vielleicht läßt sich das Eine oder Andere noch vor der Ankunft organisieren. Am Entgegenkommen der Vermieter wird es sicher nicht scheitern! Wir klopfen bestimmt mal wieder an und empfehlen die Vermieter und natürlich auch die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter.

Sehr schöne und zentrumsnahe Ferienwohnung

Helle, zentrumsnahe Ferienwohnung (15min zu Fuss zur Altstadt) mit einem sehr schönen Garten. Ideal für Ausflüge auch mit dem Fahrrad zu den umliegenden Weindörfern oder auf die Höhen der Vogesen. Die Vermitter wohnen mit im Haus und sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit (wir haben viele gute Tipps bekommen)

L’appartement poche du centre ville de Colmar

Grand appartement avec parking bien situe pour découvrir Colmar er l’environ. Il est bien équipé pour faire la cuisine. L’accueil est chaleureuse et aimable.

propriété propre bonne literie, manque de vaisselle, pour le soir et climat de pluie , manque de télévision, un avis qui a été déjà signaler en 2017!!! surpris par un accueille d'un quart d'heure d'avance sur ma location. sans plus sur l'environnement, heureux que j"ai la connaissance de cette région d'alsace. tous les villages de la route des vins.

L’appartement est très calme, propre et lumineux. Les aménagements sont très fonctionnels et il ne manque rien pour le confort. Literie et chauffage impeccables.
