Well maintained, three bedroom, two full bath, Bayfront condo. Boat slip comes with rental which holds boat up to approximately 23 feet with maximum 8 foot width beam. This is a first floor unit, there are about three steps to front door level. 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed and the third bedroom has two sets of bunks(twin over twin)Two car off street parking. Great bay area with restaurants and easy walk to town. Have fun
