Charming air-conditioned bastide with storey located in the heart of the Pont-Royal estate.
The three bedrooms are located upstairs and two enjoy a superb view of the Alpilles.
Equipped with a bathroom with bathtub and a bathroom with shower.
Kitchen open to the very bright living room
Terrace with enclosed grounds of 180m2.
Private swimming pool reserved for the small group of residents. This is located 20 meters from the property, so it offers quick access while preserving the calm of the place.
In the heart of the Pont Royal domain, possibility to access the paying activities offered by Pierre et Vacances (tennis, horse riding, mini-golf, swimming pools ...)
Located in the immediate vicinity of the driving range and the Durance course as well as the Ballesteros course (18 or 9 holes). It is the one and only French route to have been imagined by the famous Spanish: Seve Ballesteros.
