Make cherished memories at Castaway Cabins! Unlike hotels, we provide lockable boat shelters equipped with power for charging batteries, lighting and water. Broyle’s Landing is just 1/4 mi away, Portman Marina, just 2.9 mi & Green Pond Landing only 5.2 mi away. If you're a Clemson Tiger fan, Clemson, SC is just 15 mi away! This cozy custom built cabin provides a full refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee pot, sofa, WIFI, 1 queen bed, full bathroom. Complete outdoor covered kitchen with TV, picnic tables, Blackstone and Pit Boss grills, commercial size sink, fire pit, corn hole and Tiki Toss games.
We are pet friendly and charge a fee of $50 PER PET per stay due to extra cleaning. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and are not allowed to be left unattended in the cabin. This is our smaller cabin. We also have 4 larger cabins, one of which is located on the same property and 3 are located within walking distance. All are listed on VRBO (#7857658 #3280813 #3989517 #4015285)

Don is an avid hunter & fisherman and had the great idea of building cabins for folks that would like to visit Hartwell lake and have a secure boat storage. Why they chose this property
We chose the neighborhood to build our cabins in because it's in an ideal location. It's within walking distance to Lake Hartwell and just 1/4 of a mile to the nearest and largest boat ramp, Broyle's Landing. It's also just 5 miles to Green Pond landing, where the majority of fishing tournaments are held.
What makes this property unique
We chose the location for the cabin because it is so close to two of the busiest boat landings on Lake Hartwell, Broyle's Landing and Green Pond. We knew that it would be the perfect lodging for out of town guests to have somewhere safe and comfortable to lay their head down at night after a long day of fishing/boating and not to have to worry about their boat and gear while sleeping. The location is perfect for those Clemson fans to relax after a full day of cheering on those Tigers!
