This listing is for a 3 BR 2 BA 11th floor Regency Towers Beach Resort condo that sleeps 8. There are King size beds in the Master Suite and large second bedroom, 2 twin beds in 3rd bedroom and a commercial grade queen size sofa sleeper.

This condo has granite counter tops and subway tile back splash in kitchen, all new floor tile no carpet, both bathrooms were completely remodeled with an awesome walk in shower in the Master En-suite bath, all new paint ceiling to floor, New Dining Room Furniture.

Regency Towers located on the east end of Panama City Beach 1 mile west of St Andrews State Park, 3 Marinas with deep sea fishing charters, pontoon boat / Jet Ski rentals, many local restaurants nearby such as J Michael’s, Grand Marlin, Capt. Anderson’s Famous Seafood, Sisters of The Sea & Dive Bar, Patches Bar and Grille, Billy’s Oyster Bar and Schooners Last Local’s Beach Club and Open Air Restaurant on the beach. .

Regency Towers is one of the well-established resorts with Great Amenities at a budget price! Great family resort lots for kids and adults to do on property and nearby. 2 large pools, Indoor Hot Tub Spa, Tiki Bar between the pools, 2 large grilling areas, shuffleboard courts are on site. There is over 650 feet of sugar white beachfront for you to enjoy.

PAYMENT TERM / CANCELLATION POLICY For RESERVATION REQUESTS

30 DAYS OR MORE IN ADVANCE OF CHECK IN DATE : A $300 Reservation Down Payment is charged to the credit or debit card you provide to take this condo off of the rental market. If cancelled for any reason this down payment is nonrefundable. Final Payment must be received 30 days prior to your check in date or will be subject to potential cancellation.

LESS THAN 15 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF CHECK IN DATE: The total amount due will be charged to the credit or debit card you provide including a 4% Convenience fee

Prices shown are for 8 people add $125 + tax each for 9th & 10th guests exceptions for families.

$40 Per Condo Regency Towers Resort Registration fee is collected at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands. This fee covers 1 parking pass, for extra it is $15.
Each renter will be issued 3 parking passes maximum. When we reach 70%(+) occupancy(Summer and busy weeks), then renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo.

30 days or more out a $300 Reservation Down Payment is charged to the credit or debit card you provide to take this condo off of the rental market for you. If you cancel for any reason this down payment is nonrefundable.

Final Payment for accommodations must be received 30 days prior to arrival or will be subject to potential cancellation. Exceptions made for last minute bookings.

Fall Break
The property was in a fabulous location. We drove, at most, 10 miles to do all the things we wanted to do. The two areas that could be improved are the limitations on the thermostat - we would have gladly paid a reasonable fee to be able to lower the temperature. Also, since there are no ceiling fans in the rooms, box fans would have been nice. Overall a wonderful stay and condo!

Fun summer rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a pleasant stay again at the Regency. Things I liked great views from balcony, perfect spot for morning coffee.The unit was very spacious and clean. In suite laundry worked well. The pools were big and enjoyable, Bikini Bob's was awesome as always, food and drinks were priced well, Beach here is fantastic and water was clear,Fishing from the beach was good and we were close to marina for fishing chartes. Local area had lots to do, the best being the pontoon boat rentals. Things that could be improved, not enough cutlery in the kitchen some of the furniture is getting tired and master bedroom mattress a bit uncomfortable. Overall a good stay, but prices are getting too high for a weekly rental making me question if I will come again. Definitely a fun stay that I would recommend to others.

The unit was very spacious with full size laundry appliances(very important). The kitchen was very equipped with everything you need for cooking. The furniture was outdated and worn, although it was enough for everyone there. The mattress in the 2nd bedroom was terrible but it was only for a week. With only the few complaints the overall trip was great!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: my check in was at 4 & at 4:10 the cleaning lady was still in the room. She left around 4:30. She only mopped the living room kitchen area & in front of the door. Apparently she hadn't cleaned the master bathroom in quite some time because there was a good bit of mold on several areas in the shower. The toilet in the main bathroom was cracked. There were dirty socks left in the living room under the front of the recliner. I reported the issues to the front desk & they told me I would have to report it to the owner. we went & bought cleaning products & sprayed down the shower.

Great Beach and Pool
When getting to the condo it was dirty and a lot of stuff was broken. We did pick up cleaning supplies and spent the first day washing floors, dishes, counters, etc. Our tvs were not working but the facility was really great and had their own maintenance man come out and he fixed all five tvs. The warm pool was amazing, it would have been nice to have both pools heated. Overall we had a good experience. The beach was beautiful and it was nice to be right on the beach and listen to the waves.

The Regency Towers is located within walking distance to several nice restaurants/bars. The view of the beach from the balcony is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, gym and billiards the condo offered Being so close the the beach is by far the best attraction. The condo has everything you need, even a crockpot! The dollar store is across the street too.

Great stay during hurricane Idalia!

Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed at the Regency for 8 days during hurricane Idalia, she was coming in fast and strong and thankfully made an easterly turn. Our stay turned out to be great even after stressing about the storm for the first few days! The condo was perfect for us and clean! The property was also in great condition and in a perfect location. We will be back to stay here again.

Good for the price
This condo suited my family just fine. We had a issue with only 1 sofa being a sleeper when the condo was advertised as having 2. We couldn’t get in touch with anyone about this until Monday, we arrived on Saturday, so we had to have 2 family members sleep on the floor. However the management company did bring over a air mattress Monday night. We really have no other complaints. The view was great, the tiki bar was 5 stars! The pools were very crowded but that was expected.

We didn't need the other but if someone did could be problematic. Every email was answered fast and thoroughly. Only thing we would have changed was not having a double red flag just about every day we were there but that is no fault to the condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! The condo itself is in need of some repairs/updating. Electrical outlets in the small bedroom did not work. The A/C struggled to keep the condo cool. The furniture in the living room was situated in a way that quite a bit of space was unuseable. The "everyone at once" 4pm check in with only 3 elevators is a bit absurd with 14 floors. Most of the beach area is covered with lounge chairs and you are not allowed to put up a canopy in that area which pushes MANY folks to the outsides of the beach area that become quickly congested. Otherwise, the property itself was good. Two big swimming pools and drink/food shack was a nice touch. Right on the beach!

Great place!
We loved the condo and really wished the TV' would have been hooked up in the 3 Rd bedroom with the twin beds. It's the perfect location,, the view is unobstructed and breathtaking from the balcony. Everyone was super friendly. Will definitely check on staying again.

Perfect Condo overlooking the beach
Beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. The condo had everything that we needed and more. The owner and/or previous tenants left beach toys, chairs, and tubes that were stored in closets and the laundry room which was so convenient so we did the same :) The condo has 2 large pools, a hot tub, and bar and grill steps from the beach. We will definitely be back!!

DISGUSTING! FILTHY! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!
Disgusting does not begin to describe this condo. Cleaner did not clean. Floors had not been mopped in months, bathrooms are covered in mold, TV’s do not work, linens were filthy, walls and baseboards we nasty, found a bag of marijuana in the kitchen cabinet. We had to purchase cleaning supplies in order to clean the condo before we could sleep there. One bedroom had no lights. Had to purchase blankets for sleeper sofas. They provided one blanket with LARGE cigarette burns. Honesty, I am embarrassed for the owner of this property. DO NOT waste your money. You will be very disappointed. We have requested a partial refund from “Bob” but have not heard anything yet.

Some simple things would help. Ceiling fan in living room missing a blade. Patio ceiling fan doesn’t work. Kitchen needs a few more pieces of silverware (only 4forks). Minor issues could be fixed at low cost. Biggest problem was elevators.... Broken a lot. We had a good time anyway.

Good but could be better...
While we very much enjoyed our stay, we will struggle to book a property not privately owned by a person. There were so many things that could be very simple improvements to make a property like this amazing. The management responded to my concerns with explanation; however, due to the nature of the concerns one would almost expect a price adjustment. For the price paid, you would expect to have a property that is much more cared for. There were numerous broken items; aged furniture; unusable things; nonfunctioning outlets; very poor quality door; poor air conditioning; very outdated; and no broom or dust pan. Again, overall this property is nice...meaning it is a condo with mother nature's beauty steps away and that can serve as a distraction for the problems within. BUT with as much money that is made on this listing, there is no reason it should not be updated and maintained. It is a shame to see a property like this appear in shambles. This review is not negative as the condo met all of our needs. It is meant as words of encouragement to make simple improvements to better serve your guests.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY
This property was nasty! Walls are brown, holes in walls, mold in second bathroom, the air doesn’t get below 75 at anytime, the fan in living room is tore up and you need it because it’s so hot, there was sticky stuff and food pieces in the fridge, brown stuff on the master room sheets. The exhaust comes on and doesn’t work so the bathrooms get so steamy and hot with showers. The 3rd room wouldn’t get below 81 degrees and our children woke up many times soaked with sweat. We purchased 4 box fans just to make it manageable. You have to wait forever for an elevator. We paid over 3000 for the week and are very disappointed and the pictures do not show how nasty it is. The manager did send the cleaning lady the next morning but we we had already stripped all the beds, cleaned the bathrooms, swept and mopped, and cleaned the refrigerator before she had arrived. The handle of the sliding glass door is so loose you can barely open the door. There is carpet on the balcony which gets soaked and full of mildew. We made our children wear socks at all times and they were all black. I have been going to PCB for 20+ years and have stayed at many places but none this bad. The manager also offered for us to check out that night after we checked in with no other condo to put us in. Customer service sucks and the cleaning people said the fan has been broken for a while. Don’t waste your money!!!
