This typical centenary house built in 1917 by our Corsican great-grandfather is located in the center of the village, 15 seconds walk from the port of Propriano. Thus, the shops, restaurants and bars are only 30 meters and the beaches 5 minutes walk.

This building built in real Corsican granite has been completely renovated and redone in 2017. We have created 2 duplexes of 45 m² each: the apartment AMO and the apartment BACI (possibility to rent the 2 duplexes which are communicating via the entrance> entrance for 8 people)

These two apartments have the charm of the old Corsican buildings (granite, central, typical) while offering the comfort of a renovated apartment (modern decoration, fully equipped kitchen, wifi, quality bedding etc ...). Moreover, its exceptional location (30 meters from the port and 5 minutes from the beaches) makes you live a unique experience of Corsican village and does not require a car.

This is the BACI apartment.

It is reached via an external granite staircase.

On the lower floor there is a large modern and cozy living room: a sitting area with a double sofa-bed for 2 people, a coffee table and a dining table and a fully equipped open kitchen Washing machine / dishwasher / large fridge / oven / coffee machine / 4 hotplates ...)

A staircase leads to the first floor where there is a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, a small mezzanine for storing or installing children's beds and finally a bright room for 2 people.
