This is our second house rental in Avalon and we definitely enjoyed this house much more than the first one we stayed in. The beds were very comfortable. We cooked a couple of dinners there and the kitchen had everything we needed. The grocery store was just down the street so carrying groceries was easy. The house was just off the main streets so it was quiet but still close enough to walk anytime wanted to go. I would stay there again.

We had one of the best vacations we have ever at this location! The place was perfect! The host was fantastic; they communicated with us and were very accommodating! I could go on and on about how much we loved this place! Thank you for a great time!
I stayed here for a weekend with my friends and the place was clean and cozy. It’s pretty close to everything in Catalina and big enough for 8 people. Nice with some beach vibes!
This townhome was the best!! Great house, clean, well stocked, huge patio and walking distance from everything. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a great stay in Catalina.

The property was great and slept 8 people comfortably. It’s close to town and a short walk. It has two full bathroom with showers. Great price as well!
This property was really perfect for our group stay... plenty of room for the 7 of us, comfortable beds and in a nice, protected quiet location. The only criticism I would have is that there is no indicator signage to direct you to where that block of townhomes are located. It would be very helpful to have a small sign with arrows showing 9-12 at the pathways.
The property is very comfortable and clean. The townhouse complex is quiet and convenient walking distance to Avalon shopping and restaurants. We walked back and forth to the Casino on a couple of occasions.
Also, it is a 5 min walk to Vons for grocery shopping. Our group consisted of 6 adults, aged 30 - 87. The sleeping arrangements worked well. My daughter slept on the Murphy bed which she said was comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed. Two full bathrooms, both with showers. We all agree we would be willing to stay in this unit again. Check-out was simple, just dropped key off at Catalina Island Vacation Rental office by 10am (a 5 min walk from the unit.)
