Excellent location: 200m from the beach, in the center of Roses, all types of shops within 100m (bakery, supermarket, covered market, cinema, tourist office, etc.), 200m from the bus stop. We can do everything on foot !!! Large parking nearby.
This comfortable apartment can be rented for 6 people (2 bedrooms) completely renovated, consists of: 2 double bedrooms, fully equipped American kitchen (fridge, oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave,…), living / dining room dining room that opens onto the terrace with TV (French channels) and sofa, bathroom.

Not a 5 star apartment - but highly recommended for the price

+Appartment clean and all included for daily need. +central location, short walk to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants -a bit noisy due to parking lot gates under the balcony and various animals in the neighborhood - but that's just how it is in southern cities +/- balcony in the evening not on the sunny side (but in the sommer time it is not bad ;) ) -few parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, but large parking spaces 300m away

Cheap

The accommodation was just about adequate, basic, no frills. The sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable as a sofa. The chairs were likewise (cheap) and very uncomfortable, the table wobbly. The fitted kitchen seemed to be falling apart in places, roughly finished but it did the job. Everything seemed to be cast offs but good enough for a holiday home I suppose. The bathroom was a very tight space, the shower doors didn’t meet, one door was off the rail at the bottom so leakage was inevitable (our host told us to put down a towel to soak up any leakage). The hot water which goes on in the evening (in the budget time?) fills a storage tank (about a half bath full), so shower time is very limited as is the use of hot water for any other usage. Enough water for two very short showers. The knackered and 'temperamental' washing machine only does a cold wash - that is if you are lucky enough to get the thing working! We found the flat reasonably clean on arrival - not immaculately clean, the windows were smeared, there was fluff under the bed, it was perhaps what you could expect from budget accommodation, basic, no frills, cheap. The landlady made a point of saying that she would want it presented in such a way when we vacated. We spent a good many hours before our departure making the flat as clean as we had found it. We were somewhat taken aback though on our departure by being charged an extra fifty euros by our host because our cleaning wasn’t as ‘immaculate’ as sh

Agréable séjour

Bel appartement, refait à neuf. Calme et proximité immédiate commerces et plage. Pas besoin de voiture, tout se fait à pied. A recommander.

Agréable séjour

L'appartement correspond tout à fait à l'annonce. Il se trouve à proximité de la plage et même si en centre, il est possible de se garer assez facilement et gratuitement. Céline, notre hôte est très agréable et disponible si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit. Elle est en constant aménagement de l'appartement pour le bien-être des locataires. Le marché couvert est au bout de la rue et les rues piétonnes très près aussi. Roses étant une belle ville, posez votre voiture et profitez-en pour vous reposer pleinement dans ce bel appartement.

Appartement idéalement situé, propriétaire accueillante

L'appartement est idéalement situé à 200 m de la plage et à proximité des commerces (marché couvert de Rosas et autres commerces). L'environnement immédiat est calme, et permet néanmoins un accès rapide à l'animation de Rosas. L'appartement est propre et bien équipé. Le jour de notre arrivée, la propriétaire n'a pas hésité à venir à notre rencontre pour nous guider vers l'appartement. Elle est restée disponible pendant notre séjour. A refaire Catherine
