Housing

In a charming little village in the middle of the forest, La Petite Maison offers you a relaxing stay and complete disconnection. Its vast garden of 2500 m², totally fenced, opens onto the fields and will make you enjoy quiet moments of rest. The village is surrounded by forests, fabulous landscapes and wild animals throughout the year: nice walks to plan. You can bring your bikes.

Inside, it is comfortable and warm thanks to the warm tones that reinforce the old character of the house, with old tiles and exposed beams. Its surface is 60m2 with the floor reduced to 45m2 with Loi Carré.
No WIFI on site, reception of 3G in the house. Very minimalist mobile network.

Beautiful walks or bike (if you take them) from the cottage. The land of Avre and Iton will reveal all its riches.

From the terrace overlooking the garden, entrance to the kitchen with dining area, lounge, wc. Upstairs, attic, bedroom (1 bed 2 persons) with small desk and bathroom with bath.

Baby equipment on site: cot, bath, high chair and possibly stroller cane (ask me).

Classification 3 ears Gite de France.

Decreasing price for more than one month rental, ask me. In general terms, if you have specific requests regarding your stay, do not hesitate to contact me to see what is possible.
Access of travelers

Totally independent and fenced house on all sides.
The cottage is located in one of the main streets of the village, neighborhood around but discreet.

Other remarks
Deposit 380 € payable locally by check or cash, returned within 8 days of departure. The inventory of fixtures is not systematically done at the departure of the travelers.
Rules of procedure are available on site: thank you to take note on your arrival and to respect all the terms!
