We've dubbed our Condo "Chillaxing" stemming from the feeling of chilling on the front deck relaxing with a cold drink in hand oceanfront. This condo has been fully renovated that includes spacious living quarters and has enough room for 7 people. Each of the 2 bedrooms has been decorated with comfort and class in mind. Each bedroom has a deck, with the master facing the ocean and the guest bedroom deck having a view of the canal. The condo features flat screen TVs in each room (Netflix included), and newly updated appliances and hardwoods throughout.

Great view....easy walk to Boardwalk....You can't see the Thursday fireworks from the balcony but all you have to do is walk downstairs to catch it....

3rd year in a row!

We had a wonderful time staying at this VRBO again. It was clean, well-stocked, beach front, and extremely conveniently located to the boardwalk and great restaurants. We biked to dinner most nights. The extra-large deck over-looking the ocean is a huge plus. Because this unit is on the third floor, the view of the beach is perfect. The owner is easy to communicate with and very organized in his management of the property and rentals. We are looking forward to renting this unit again next year!

Girls’ Trip

2 mommas with teen daughters escaped for a few days at the beach and we couldn’t have been in a better location! We loved being able to enjoy breakfast on the balcony and the short walk to the beach was perfect. We had never been to Carolina Beach before and it was nice to be walking distance from both the Boardwalk and the Pier. Had a great meal at Stoked which was also walking distance and we highly recommend! (4 for cleanliness because toilet in master had not been flushed before our arrival but otherwise it was spotless)

Concert Trip

We went to The Live Oak Pavilion for the Cody Jinks concert. The location was perfect with access to shopping and many restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and the deck in the evening. Would stay again.

Highly recommend

This was a beautiful and ultra-relaxing place to stay. It was nice enough that you could spend your entire time in the condo and be perfectly happy. If you did decide to venture out, you have the beach, the boardwalk and many places to see, eat, and shop within easy walking distance. We enjoyed a front-row view of the ocean sunrise every morning in our pajamas from the privacy of the large deck. We loved it, and we can’t wait to return.

this is my 2nd time staying here, and it is a wonderful choice for Carolina Beach -- great location, and a lovely condo. The huge balcony is really nice spot for morning coffee and sunrise watching!

Great view and location

We stayed here for the weekend for a wedding. The location was great - we walked everywhere. View from the deck was fantastic and the beach is very easy to access. The condo was pretty clean, but it could use a fresh coat of paint on all the trim and doors - it would feel much cleaner. The building itself could definitely use an upgrade from all the salt water wear and tear, but overall, it was a decent place and suited our needs. Jorge was very responsive and gave us everything we needed to know before arriving.

A great condo located within walking distance to Sea Witch, Brit’s, fudge shop and Crush and Grind. Loved the large balcony. Everything was super clean and so spacious. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful views

The view from this condo is outstanding, the porch is awesome, and it’s super convenient to be able to walk to food and the boardwalk. As other people have stated, parking is a pain, not enough towels, no wash cloths. No soap for the showers or laundry detergent. I’m really glad that we stayed there in the off season because I can only imagine how it would be to constantly have to move our car.

Great Place and Location

4 adults and 2 children and had a great time. Great location and clean nice condo that worked well for our needs. Minor inconvenience on parking but overall a great experience. Short walk to boardwalk and restaurants and most of all right on the beach!

Overall musty smell in the condo. Unfinished paint on walls. Doors all had defects and wouldn’t shut properly. Mattress on the pull out sofa was horrible!!

Beautiful view

The place was just as described . Couldn’t ask for a better location . Parking is mentioned many times in other reviews . We never had an issue . Place was clean and had everything you would need for a beach stay . Very close to the boardwalk where we we went many times to get ice cream and play in the arcade . Definitely would recommend renting this condo.
