Close to all amenities (150 m from the bakery, post office, banks, pharmacy, hairdresser etc .... city center with daily market and shopping center inter market), 1.5 km from the beach Nauzan (20 minutes walk by the park and 5 minutes by bike). Do not accept pets or holiday vouchers.
