Spacious 2 bedroom / 2 bath ground-floor condo steps from beautiful Bayshore Boulevard. This corner unit has comfortable living space, a large patio, updated kitchen, and one dedicated covered parking space. It is located the heart of South Tampa, three blocks from South Howard Ave. A short Uber can take you downtown, Amalie Arena, Ybor, Convention Center, UT, and many other attractions. A 10 minute drive south on Bayshore Blvd. will end at an entrance to MacDill Air Force Base. Bay view.

Visit Tampa Bay

Perfect residential location for visiting our family in the Bay area, as well as visiting local attractions. The patio with a view of the bay along with a breeze coming across Bayshore Drive was perfect for beginning the day!

Visit to the Tampa area

The property was very clean and comfortable. It looks just as described and shown on vrbo site. Communication was easy and clear with owner/manager. We will stay again when visiting the area

Hidden Gem

Peter was the best host!!!!

Really Great Stay!

Beautiful, perfectly appointed, immaculately clean, and so comfortable. The location can’t be beat – tucked into a quiet and peaceful neighborhood yet conveniently located to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and shopping. And the bonus- its one block from Bayshore Boulevard. Morning coffee and evening wine on the back patio was a simple pleasure. Thank you Peter and Sara for a great stay; you were terrific hosts and I look forward to returning.

Tampa family vacation

We came to Tampa on a little celebration trip for my daughter’s graduation. We were very pleased with our stay. The location was convenient to a lot of places that we wanted to visit. It was also on a safe neighborhood. Communication from the owner was great.

Beautiful home away from home

We cannot say enough good things about our stay. When we first pulled up to the building we had a momentary concern based on the exterior facade that this might be one of those places that is only nice in pictures. Not so!! As soon as we walked into the condo we were impressed with the beautiful parquet floors, modern kitchen, tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean unit. The unit also has a charming back patio that was much loved by our toddler! The location cannot be beat either. We’ve stayed nearby in SoHo many times at upscale hotel (pre-baby) and were worried about “missing out”. We are happy to report it was not the case— the unit is so close to restaurants/shops in SoHo and is just steps off of the beautiful Bayshore Drive while still being tucked away in a quiet, relaxed neighborhood. Finally, Peter & Sara went above and beyond in our book! They were so responsive from the day we booked and kindly got us all set up to accommodate our first vacation with a toddler. We will certainly try to stay here again on future Tampa visits!

We really enjoyed the location. We only had two concerns which we addressed with owner who seemed receptive to feedback. It was a very comfortable space and a great location for our needs.

Great Condo in Great Location

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very clean, well supplied and in a great location. The owners Peter and Sarah took the time to suggest some great restaurants which my wife and I really appreciated. When we come back to Tampa, this is where we will stay.

Perfect place close to Bayshore

The owner has really thought through this property. Incredibly comfortable beds, updated kitchen, clean, and easy check in and out. Nice neighborhood a block from Bayshore, quiet neighbors and safe.

Fantastic Place

Had a wonderful time-highly recommend!! Place was fully stocked, clean and tidy, and in an excellent location a block off Bayshore! Lovely, safe neighborhood with all shops and restaurants close by. Had a minor issue which Owner resolved immediately! Super nice guy and quick to accomodate any needs! Thanks Peter! We will be back!!!

Great property! Close to the water and South Howard

Wonderful experience. Sara and Peter were very accommodating. Close to South Howard where nice restaurant and Cute boutique shops are located. Short walk to the bay shore walk. Condo very clean, even had shampoo and body wash just in case your forgot yours! They truly thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Highly recommend!

Everything within 10 minutes

Location so close to everything. Beach a little further but, still had great beach day. Fantastic condo! Especially for privacy for 2 couples. Enjoyed long walks on the beautiful Bay visable from condo. Peter and Sara were awesome to rent from, so accessible. Will recommend to anyone visiting Tampa!

Communication is key - these owners have red carpet communication!

Love the simplicity, cleanliness, and communication. It’s fall season, even with 90 degree temps in FL and they had pumpkin spice coffee available. The towels and linens are very nice. Water was in the frig and if you are OCD like me, they provide starch! Enjoyed staying here!
