Central heat & AC. Cable TV's with Wifi. Beautifully updated & fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, pots and pans, microwave, dishes, blender, coffee maker, utensils... 25 pools & hot tubs throughout the gated community. Our pool is steps away. Pool floats, towels, coolers. 25 tennis courts. Located directly on the golf course! Patio with BBQ located on the golf course with amazing mountain views. Comfortable patio furniture - great for outdoor dining. Sheets & towels. Tons of restaurants & shopping within 1-5 miles. Close to Palm Springs. RLPCC is walking distance to Omni RLP resort full service spa, and is across the street from The River which has restaurants bars, movie theater and shopping. Starbucks is a 5 min walk away.
