In a residence located at the foot of the slopes, on the snow front, not overlooked (southern exposure - very quiet), our apartment / studio has an area of 29m2 + balcony of 4.5 m2 facing the mountain.
DESCRIPTION OF THE FURNITURE:
Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it has an entrance giving access to:
* wardrobe
* the bathroom with a bathtub fitted with a shower
* a separate toilet
* a sleeping area with two bunk beds (1.90 x 0.90) which can be partially isolated from the living room by a folding door
* the living room with a fully equipped kitchen area (sink - 2 ceramic hobs - multifunction microwave oven - 140 liter fridge), a "click-clack" sofa bed for sleeping two people (1.90 x 1 , 40), a canvas seat, a table and 4 chairs (+ extension for 2 people), a television (+ DVD player) and a storage cupboard.
The residence is ideally located at the foot of the slopes, 250 meters from the "Le Fréjus" ski lifts and the "le casse du bœuf" chairlift, and 300 meters from the shopping center (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, laundromat and linen rental, ...). Everything is therefore accessible on foot! You will only need your car if you want to visit the surroundings! You also have private parking at the entrance of the building and a private ski locker.
For summer rentals, you will have access to the private outdoor swimming pool in the apartments of the residence. There is also a play area for the little ones in the green areas of the residence.
For families with children: the mini club of the Ski School is located opposite the residence, very close to the ski lifts.
SNCF station: BRIANCON (6 km) + bus lines serving the city center.

All beds are fitted with duvets, mattress protectors and pillows with pillow protectors. Household linen (fitted sheets, duvet covers, towels, etc.) is not provided. Linen rental is possible at the "Alpes brill" laundromat located at the nearby shopping center.
The cleaning must be done by the tenants before their departure, or planned with the hostess (Le Lautaret building - immediately next to Izoard). The latter, Mrs. Hélène HAMEL (04 92 25 63 63) hands the keys to tenants from 4.30 p.m. and give them all useful information. If the latter cannot arrive before the reception closes (7:30 p.m.) they can contact Madame Hamel to agree on the arrangements for handing over the keys.
