Relax in mezzo agli Appennini

Un residence stupendo con piscina in mezzo agli Appennini, l'appartamento e grazioso con tutto il necessario e ha una bellissima vista sulla piscina e sulle montagne. Romuald e tutti i condomini sono molto gentili e la posizione del recidence è strategica per molte località. L'unica pecca riguarda il letto matrimoniale, che è corto con una struttura in ferro in fondo che impedisce ai piedi di uscire dal letto, io ci sono stato al pelo ma per persone alte più di 1,80 è un problema

Tutto perfetto!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per tre settimane in agosto, due adulti e due bambini piccoli (8 e 4 anni). L'appartamento è in un complesso residenziale recente, è arredato a nuovo e molto pulito con tutti i comfort. La piscina è molto grande e pulita e l'abbiamo usata moltissimo. Il paese di Piobbico è in una posizione molto strategica per visitare i dintorni (San Marino, Urbino, Gradara, e molti altri borghi medioevali molto belli), con un sacco di manifestazioni/sagre organizzate dai vari comuni limitrofi (Cagli, Mondavio, Sassocorvaro, etc) Il titolare è stato molto gentile e disponibile, come anche il custode della struttura. Rapporto qualità / prezzo imbattibile. Ci torneremo di sicuro.

Beautiful stay at Il Podere

The apartment is located in lovely complex very close to Piobbico, it was clean, spacious and comfortable. Romuald, the owner, was helpful and friendly as was Luciano, the property guardian. We fully enjoyed our stay and highly recommend booking this apartment!

Siamo stati all appartamento del Residence il Podere per 8 giorni ed è stato magnifico!

L appartamento è nuovissimo, spazioso e in un contesto davvero incantevole, la piscina e il giardino curati in ogni dettaglio, per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza in relax tra montagne, arrampicata e cultura è L ideale. In particolare se avete bambini , qui potranno anche svagarsi in piscina! Vivamente consigliata! Romuald il proprietario è disponibilissimo è così anche i custodi sul posto. Spero di poterci tornare al più presto!
