Cozy Val d'Isere Chalet- Steps into Town!

Conveniently tucked away on French St in Breckenridge Historic District, this cozy, newly renovated condo is perfect for couples or a solo getaway. Take advantage of one of the most desired locations in town; a quick two block stroll to Main Street, the Gondola, Ridge St dining, and the Breck Arts District. This condo is ideal for both skiing and summer activities, access to restaurants and bars, festivals, and events. Or, just relax and enjoy the amazing view of Peak 8 right from the sofa!

The Space:
Located on the first floor, all brand new! The sofa bed is a queen size in the common area.

Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's laundry room.

Interaction with Guests:
Our team is in town and available for anything you may need.

The Neighborhood:
The Historic District in Breckenridge offers access to art, music, theater, and food.just a few minutes from Main Street and the Gondola.

Getting Around:
The best part - once you park your car, you may not need to use it again! We are just a few minutes away from Main St, Ridge St, and the Gondola. Breckenridge offers free public transit - and now Uber is in town.

Other Things to Note:
Unfortunately, this condo is used part-time as a full-time residence and the owners have severe pet allergies, so no furry friends allowed. Sorry!

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

• No smoking
• Pets are not allowed

• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.

Awesome Condo Walking Distance to Main

Loved this condo. Some really nice updates to kitchen, appliances, flooring, and bath. I stayed in this building for 3 nights. The location can't be any better as its only a few minute walk to all of the great restaurants and bars in Breck. 10/10!

A cute, well kept & nicely located apartment, just 2 blocks from the gondola. The steps down to street level can be icy, but are manageable. .

Great spot!

Clean, great location, nice interior updates, comfy bed! If you are sensitive to sound, there is a heavy-footed upstairs neighbor. Other than that, great spot :)

Great Breck Location!

This was a super-convenient location, and a clean, well-maintained condo. We had a friend join us, sleeping on the sofa bed, and she said it was super comfortable. For 3 people it was a little tight, but for two people this is an ideal stay for a ski vacation in Breck.

Close to main street

Great launching spot to explore Breck and surrounding area. Easy distance to walk to shops and restaurants in town. Kitchen was stocked well, we were able to cook our own meals there.

Great Location!

We had a great time during our ski trip to Breckenridge. 3 friends were able to fit nicely with 2 sharing the king bed in the bedroom and another on the pull out couch. It would have been a bit tight with more than 3 people. Practically across the street from the gondola to make this the ideal location for our group. The linens, pillows, and duvet may need to be updated. No duvet cases and the pillows were pretty flat. Other than that, great stay!

For the price this was a pretty good spot. Pros: - super easy to walk downtown/to the gondola - nicely remodeled - host is very responsive Cons: - it’s an old building—despite the remodel you can very clearly hear walking upstairs. no one was throwing parties but it was kind of annoying. - the water pressure in the shower is really weak

Beautiful Condo, Great Location!

The condo has been beautifully renovated. Everything from granite countertops, chefs kitchen, stainless appliances, leather sofa, large shower, and king size bed. The view of the mountain is impeccable. The location is perfect. It’s a short walk to Main St for the shops and restaurants. Also, an easy walk to the gondola. Communication with the property manager was a challenge. Despite their voicemail policy to provide check-in information 72 hours in advance, we didn’t receive those details until the day of check-in. They have a portal to post inquiries but didn’t respond to ours for check-in details. Bottom line, the guest shouldn’t have to pull this information. It should be overly communicated by the property manager.
